Men f\u00f6r inhyrd personal kan det finnas en os\u00e4kerhet om vem som \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga problemen, och vad som ska g\u00f6ras om n\u00e5got h\u00e4nder. Nu samarbetar arbetsmarknadens parter f\u00f6r att med hj\u00e4lp av Prevents informationsmaterial h\u00f6ja kunskapsniv\u00e5n bland arbetsgivare, chefer och skyddsombud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013N\u00e4r problemen inte adresseras p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen, riskerar de att bli st\u00f6rre \u00f6ver tid, s\u00e4ger Lena Sk\u00e4rhult, projektledare p\u00e5 Prevent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prevent \u00e4gs av Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv, LO och PTK och ska hj\u00e4lpa f\u00f6retag att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2021\/11\/konsultens-arbetsmiljo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arbetsmilj\u00f6n<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I samband med f\u00f6rra \u00e5rets avtalsf\u00f6rhandlingar kom flera f\u00f6rbund inom Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv \u00f6verens med sitt LO-f\u00f6rbund om gemensamma satsningar p\u00e5 arbetsmilj\u00f6fr\u00e5gor. Ett omr\u00e5de som Kompetensf\u00f6retagen och LO enades om att arbeta med var sexuella trakasserier i samband med in &#8211; och uthyrning av personal. Projektgruppen best\u00e5r av Kompetensf\u00f6retagen, Prevent, samt IF Metall, Byggnads, Handels och Transport f\u00f6r de 14 LO-f\u00f6rbunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00e4rdigt informationsmaterial hos Prevent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Som st\u00f6d f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagens arbete mot sexuella trakasserier erbjuder Prevent ett <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prevent.se\/sexuella-trakasserier\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">omfattande och kostnadsfritt informationsmaterial<\/a> p\u00e5 sin webbplats. H\u00e4r finns en enk\u00e4t f\u00f6r att kartl\u00e4gga nul\u00e4get, checklistor med riktlinjer, och policydokument f\u00f6r det f\u00f6rebyggande arbetet, tillsammans med handlingsplaner vid misst\u00e4nkta fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projektgruppen har ocks\u00e5 tagit fram tre korta filmer som man avser att anv\u00e4nda i en gemensam kommunikationsinsats f\u00f6r att belysa \u00e4mnet ytterligare samt h\u00f6ja medvetandet hos chefer, skyddsombud och arbetsgivare.
