De senaste siffrorna fr\u00e5n SCB st\u00e4rker den bilden. Under 2020 var <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2022\/01\/bemanningsbranschen-viktig-vag-till-jobb-for-unga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">43 procent av dem som jobbade i branschen under 30 \u00e5r<\/a>. J\u00e4mf\u00f6r man med arbetsmarknaden i \u00f6vrigt motsvarar siffran 20 procent. Jag kan konstatera att bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r oerh\u00f6rt viktig, b\u00e5de f\u00f6r ungdomar och f\u00f6r samh\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att alla dessa unga f\u00e5r jobb i bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r mer \u00e4n en inkomst. Jobbet inneb\u00e4r \u00e4ven b\u00e4ttre h\u00e4lsa \u00e4n f\u00f6r arbetss\u00f6kande j\u00e4mn\u00e5riga. Att befinna sig utanf\u00f6r arbetsmarknaden som ung inneb\u00e4r n\u00e4mligen risk f\u00f6r mental och fysisk oh\u00e4lsa p\u00e5 sikt. En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umu.se\/nyheter\/ungdomsarbetsloshet-kopplat-till-samre-halsa-genom-hela-livet_5813411\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapport fr\u00e5n Ume\u00e5 Universitet<\/a> visar att unga arbetsl\u00f6sa m\u00e4n med s\u00e5 lite som en m\u00e5nads arbetsl\u00f6shet rapporterade s\u00e4mre kroppslig h\u00e4lsa, b\u00e5de i direkt anslutning till arbetsl\u00f6sheten och l\u00e5ngt senare upp i medel\u00e5ldern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Att alla dessa unga f\u00e5r jobb i bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r mer \u00e4n en inkomst<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>I december 2021 var 112 100 ungdomar mellan 15 &#8211; 24 \u00e5r arbetsl\u00f6sa. Det motsvarar 19,7 procent av arbetskraften i \u00e5ldersgruppen (Ekonomifakta). Detta sl\u00e5r inte bara mot den enskildes livsl\u00f6n och pension, det sl\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 mot samh\u00e4llsekonomin. Skatteint\u00e4kterna blir l\u00e4gre, och bidragsutbetalningarna h\u00f6gre. Pandemin visar alla tecken p\u00e5 att ha drabbat ungdomsarbetsl\u00f6sheten h\u00e5rdare \u00e4n under finanskrisen 2009. Det \u00e4r illavarslande p\u00e5 b\u00e5de kort och l\u00e5ng sikt. Arbetsl\u00f6shet i ung \u00e5lder leder ofta till \u00f6kad risk f\u00f6r arbetsl\u00f6shet och l\u00e4gre inkomst senare i livet. De som varit arbetsl\u00f6sa direkt efter gymnasiet eller avslutade h\u00f6gskolestudier har l\u00e4gre inkomst fem \u00e5r senare \u00e4n dem som f\u00e5tt jobb direkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 m\u00e5ngas karri\u00e4r. Efter ett till tv\u00e5 \u00e5r g\u00e5r man vidare till ett annat jobb, men denna b\u00f6rjan \u00e4r, som vi konstaterat, viktig. Den som f\u00e5r sitt f\u00f6rsta jobb b\u00f6rjar bygga sitt cv, skapar n\u00e4tverk och f\u00e5r med sig erfarenheter som leder vidare i karri\u00e4ren. En<a href=\"https:\/\/docplayer.se\/3926181-Jobb-i-bemanningsforetag-en-bra-start-pa-karriaren.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> rapport fr\u00e5n Svenskt N\u00e4ringsliv (2012)<\/a> visade att ungdomar som var anst\u00e4llda inom bemanningsbranschen \u00e5r 2002 hade en syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad p\u00e5 85 procent \u00e5tta \u00e5r senare. Detta var klart h\u00f6gre \u00e4n de unga som var arbetsl\u00f6sa 2002; 2010 hade de en syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad p\u00e5 69 procent. Arbetslivserfarenhet st\u00e4rker helt enkelt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna f\u00f6r att lyckas p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punkt 8 i Agenda 2030 har som prioriterat m\u00e5l att utsatta grupper p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden \u2013 bland andra unga och utrikesf\u00f6dda \u2013 ska ha bra jobb. Det fr\u00e4mjar den enskilde, och det fr\u00e4mjar samh\u00e4llsutvecklingen. Bemanningsbranschens bidrag till detta m\u00e5l \u00e4r vi stolta \u00f6ver. Vi s\u00e4ger ofta att r\u00e4tt person p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt plats kan f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra v\u00e4rlden. Men det st\u00e4mmer ocks\u00e5 att r\u00e4tt jobb i r\u00e4tt tid f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrar livet.
