H\u00e4r st\u00e5r Kompetensbranschen ut fr\u00e5n de flesta andra branscher, genom att anst\u00e4lla m\u00e5nga utrikesf\u00f6dda \u2013 som trivs med sina jobb. Bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r en stark integrationsmotor p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I en rapport fr\u00e5n 2019 skriver Arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen att till 2030&nbsp; \u201d[\u2026] beh\u00f6vs ett sammanlagt tillskott p\u00e5 cirka 485 000 sysselsatta. Den st\u00f6rsta potentialen finns bland utrikes f\u00f6dda [\u2026]\u201d. Avg\u00f6rande h\u00e4r \u00e4r matchning av kompetens och jobb. Sedan 2019 har pandemin f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrat l\u00e4get, och inte till det b\u00e4ttre. L\u00e5ngtidsarbetsl\u00f6sheten \u00f6kade, och de som redan stod l\u00e5ngt fr\u00e5n arbetsmarknaden hamnade \u00e4nnu l\u00e4ngre bort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matchar r\u00e4tt person till r\u00e4tt jobb<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bemanningsbranschens spetskompetens \u2013 det den faktiskt sysslar med \u2013 \u00e4r just att matcha r\u00e4tt konsult till r\u00e4tt jobb. Allt fr\u00e5n varuplockare i detaljhandeln via ekonomiassistenter till vd:ar. Namn, \u00e5lder eller fr\u00e5nvaro av tydliga meriter \u00e4r inte ett hinder. Det \u00e4r kompetens och potential som r\u00e4knas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Den st\u00f6rsta potentialen finns bland utrikes f\u00f6dda<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>De flesta av Kompetensf\u00f6retagens medlemsf\u00f6retag \u00e4r dessutom auktoriserade med kollektivavtal, f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar och andra f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bemanningsbranschen stark integrationsmotor p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Under 2020 var andelen utrikesf\u00f6dda i branschen 45% h\u00f6gre \u00e4n p\u00e5 \u00f6vriga arbetsmarknaden*. I Kompetensf\u00f6retagens senaste konsultunders\u00f6kning s\u00e4ger tre av fyra utrikesf\u00f6dda att de skulle rekommendera jobbet till en v\u00e4n eller bekant, och h\u00e4lften tror att jobbet som konsult kommer att leda till andra jobb i framtiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Det \u00e4r kompetens och potential som r\u00e4knas<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompetensbranschen \u00e4r i sin verksamhet i st\u00e4ndig kontakt med arbetsgivare och arbetstagare. Att matcha, bemanna, och sk\u00f6ta kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning \u00e4r expertisen och erbjudandet &#8211; det \u00e4r uppgiften. I en studie fr\u00e5n Amsterdams universitet har forskare p\u00e5visat orsakssamband mellan bemanningsbranschen och v\u00e4gen in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden: bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r en spr\u00e5ngbr\u00e4da till andra anst\u00e4llningar. Tv\u00e5 svenska forskare, Eskil Wadensj\u00f6 och Pernilla Andersson Joona, skriver i en rapport att <a href=\"https:\/\/fores.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/37140321-Lyckad-invandring.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201dBemanningsbranschen tycks vara en av f\u00e5 verkligt effektiva v\u00e4gar in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden f\u00f6r invandrare och skulle kunna tj\u00e4na som positiv f\u00f6rebild f\u00f6r andra rekryterare och f\u00f6r andra grupper med l\u00e5g syssels\u00e4ttning<\/a>.\u201d F\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet mellan andelen utrikesf\u00f6dda i bemanningsbranschen kontra \u00f6vriga arbetsmarknaden \u00e4r likartade idag med n\u00e4r rapporten skrevs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De viktiga n\u00e4tverken<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En stor del av alla arbetstillf\u00e4llen tills\u00e4tts via n\u00e5gon form av informella kontakter eller n\u00e4tverk. Den som saknar dessa n\u00e4ra kontakter f\u00e5r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r mycket sv\u00e5rare att etablera sig p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden. &nbsp;I en tidigare <a href=\"https:\/\/papers.ssrn.com\/sol3\/papers.cfm?abstract_id=1631108\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studie fr\u00e5n &nbsp;tyska arbetslivsinstitutet (IZA) <\/a>p\u00e5visas mycket positiva effekter av konsultjobb. Bland dem finns b\u00e4ttre yrkes- och sociala n\u00e4tverk, och ut\u00f6kade jobbm\u00f6jligheter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r dokumenterat framg\u00e5ngsrik i att hj\u00e4lpa m\u00e4nniskor \u00f6ver arbetsmarknadens h\u00f6ga tr\u00f6sklar<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompetensf\u00f6retagen har dessutom centrala <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/medlemskap\/kollektivavtal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kollektivavtal<\/a> med LO:s samtliga 14 fackf\u00f6rbund, Unionen, Akademikerf\u00f6rbunden, L\u00e4karf\u00f6rbundet, V\u00e5rdf\u00f6rbundet, L\u00e4rarf\u00f6rbundet och L\u00e4rarnas Riksf\u00f6rbund. Branschen ger allts\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ng till hela arbetsmarknaden och ett stort antal yrkesgrupper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Det kan politiken g\u00f6ra <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vad vill vi d\u00e5 av politiken? \u00c4ven om bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r en stark motor f\u00f6r integration \u00e4r jag s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att branschen kan g\u00f6ra mer med b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar. Det \u00e4r upp till politikerna att se till att ge arbetsmarknaden r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar. Bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r dokumenterat framg\u00e5ngsrik i att hj\u00e4lpa m\u00e4nniskor \u00f6ver arbetsmarknadens h\u00f6ga tr\u00f6sklar. Att till exempel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2021\/09\/anmarkningsvart-att-kompetensforetag-utesluts-ur-satsningen-pa-etableringsjobben\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">utesluta bemanningsbranschen fr\u00e5n etableringsjobben<\/a> var d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ett beslut i fel riktning.
