Men f\u00f6r dem som jobbar i branschen ges&nbsp;m\u00f6jlighet att utvecklas p\u00e5 en f\u00f6r\u00e4nderlig arbetsmarknad, skaffa nya erfarenheter och kompetenser som bygger ett starkt cv, allt under trygga former.&nbsp;Och de&nbsp;flesta&nbsp;som jobbar d\u00e4r&nbsp;trivs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2021\/09\/konsultundersokningen-2021-bemanningsbranschen-skapar-insteg-och-framsteg-pa-arbetsmarknaden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">det visar v\u00e5r senaste konsultunders\u00f6kning. <\/a>&nbsp;Tre av fyra har en positiv upplevelse av jobbet, och lika m\u00e5nga rekommenderar det till en v\u00e4n eller bekant.
