Det har i sin tur skapat en global arbetsmarknad f\u00f6r h\u00f6gt kvalificerade tj\u00e4nster. Samma arbete kan utf\u00f6ras fr\u00e5n en dator p\u00e5 S\u00f6dermalm, i Svenstavik eller Shanghai. Pandemin har synliggjort att&nbsp;mycket&nbsp;arbete kan utf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 avst\u00e5nd.&nbsp;Ett annat s\u00e4tt att se p\u00e5 det \u00e4r som vi brukar s\u00e4ga om bemanningsbranschen \u2013 jobbet \u00e4r n\u00e5got som en utf\u00f6r, inte en plats att g\u00e5 till.&nbsp;Det betyder att konkurrensen&nbsp;om kompetens och kraven p\u00e5 leverans&nbsp;sk\u00e4rps inom de flesta branscher.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">M\u00e5nga verksamheter har egna, v\u00e4lfungerande HR-avdelningar, men som inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis har rekrytering som spetskompetens<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">F\u00f6r b\u00e5de arbetsgivare och medarbetare \u00f6kar kraven p\u00e5 s\u00e5v\u00e4l snabb anpassningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga till skiftande f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar som behoven av trygghet och stabilitet.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www3.weforum.org\/docs\/WEF_Future_of_Jobs_2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Economic Forum uppger i rapporten Future of Jobs Report<\/a> (h\u00f6sten 2020) att mellan h\u00e4lften och en tredjedel av f\u00f6retagen, beroende p\u00e5 bransch, r\u00e4knar med att de kommer att beh\u00f6va v\u00e4nda sig till externa leverant\u00f6rer f\u00f6r att tillgodose kompetensbehovet. Genom&nbsp;kompetensbranschen&nbsp;kan dessa&nbsp;\u00f6nskem\u00e5l&nbsp;tillgodoses.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Behov av bemanning finns idag inom alla branscher. En av de viktigaste anledningarna till att f\u00f6retag anv\u00e4nder sig av konsultl\u00f6sningar \u00e4r att de ger m\u00f6jlighet till&nbsp;snabba och trygga v\u00e4xlingar i antalet medarbetare&nbsp;i ekonomisk upp- och nedg\u00e5ng.&nbsp;En annan \u00e4r att f\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ng till specialistkompetens vid givna tillf\u00e4llen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/vardbemanning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bemanningsl\u00f6sningar inom v\u00e5rden<\/a> \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att garantera v\u00e5rdleverans till medborgarna, vilket annars inte hade varit m\u00f6jligt p\u00e5 grund av underbemanning och rekryteringssv\u00e5righeter i regionerna.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">M\u00e5nga verksamheter har egna, v\u00e4lfungerande HR-avdelningar, men som inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis har rekrytering som spetskompetens.&nbsp;D\u00e4rf\u00f6r sk\u00f6ter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/rekrytering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rekryterings- och&nbsp;searchf\u00f6retag&nbsp;idag rekryteringen<\/a> p\u00e5 en allt st\u00f6rre del av arbetsmarknaden. Att kunna attrahera, hitta, bed\u00f6ma och bem\u00f6ta kandidater har aldrig varit viktigare f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagens konkurrenskraft och f\u00f6r att vi ska f\u00e5 en v\u00e4lfungerande offentlig och privat sektor.
