S\u00e4ttet vi arbetar, utbildar och organiserar oss p\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras. Det g\u00e5r snabbt och m\u00e5nga har sv\u00e5rt att f\u00f6lja med i utvecklingen. V\u00e5rt uppdrag blir att motivera f\u00f6retag, organisationer och individer att v\u00e5ga testa nya v\u00e4gar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den internationella organisation f\u00f6r rekryterings, -omst\u00e4llnings och bemanningsf\u00f6retag World Employment Confederation (WEC), har sammanst\u00e4llt globala arbetsmarknadstrender f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rklara varf\u00f6r och hur v\u00e5r bransch f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras. Rapporten \u201dFuture of Work\u201d beskriver hur lagar och regler, arbetsgivare, anst\u00e4llda och<br>samh\u00e4llsinstitutioner p\u00e5verkas.
