Kompetensbranschen \u00e4r v\u00e4gen in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden , vilket framkommer i denna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/06\/vi-gor-det-varje-dag-2018.pdf\">rapport.<\/a> Den bygger p\u00e5 studier av vilka branscher som b\u00e4st tar tillvara p\u00e5 kompetenser som kommer till Sverige. Den visar p\u00e5 hur s\u00e5v\u00e4l unga (under 25) som \u00e4ldre (\u00f6ver 60) f\u00e5r jobb via branschen. V\u00e5r bransch \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en av de branscher som syssels\u00e4tter flest utlandsf\u00f6dda i Sverige. Integrationsfunktionen och avsaknaden av \u00e5ldersdiskriminering finns i alla v\u00e5ra medlemmars aff\u00e4rslogik. Den som har kompetens men saknar kontakter eller ett bra CV beh\u00f6ver n\u00e5gon som g\u00e5r i god f\u00f6r dem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e4gen in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden f\u00f6r unga<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskning fr\u00e5n Stockholms Universitet visar att studerande, arbetsl\u00f6sa och f\u00f6r\u00e4ldralediga b\u00f6rjar arbeta i branschen i h\u00f6gre utstr\u00e4ckning \u00e4n personer sysselsatta i en annan bransch. V\u00e5ra medlemsf\u00f6retag betalade 2016 ut l\u00f6n till \u00f6ver 55 000 personer under 25 \u00e5r. Det motsvarar 35 procent av de som f\u00e5tt l\u00f6n fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra medlemsf\u00f6retag under \u00e5ret och g\u00f6r oss till en av landets fr\u00e4msta ungdomsarbetsgivare. Branschen \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en av de viktigaste v\u00e4garna n\u00e4r ungdomar tar klivet fr\u00e5n studier till arbete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e4gen in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden f\u00f6r utrikesf\u00f6dda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Andelen utrikesf\u00f6dda som arbetar inom branschen varierar fr\u00e5n \u00e5r till \u00e5r, men var under 2015 34 procent h\u00f6gre \u00e4n andelen p\u00e5 den totala arbetsmarknaden (SCB:s Arbetskraftsunders\u00f6kning). Mer \u00e4n var femte person i branschen \u00e4r utlandsf\u00f6dd. Inom omr\u00e5den som tillverkning, lager och logistik och handel \u00e4r andelen \u00e4nnu h\u00f6gre. Branschen t\u00e4cker idag hela arbetsmarknaden, allt fr\u00e5n varuplockare i detaljhandeln via ekonomiassistenter till vd:ar. Industri, aff\u00e4rer, kontor och gruvbolag \u2013 alla delar av arbetsmarknaden anv\u00e4nder sig av tj\u00e4nster inom rekrytering, bemanning och inhyrning. Minst 55 000 utlandsf\u00f6dda personer kan uppskattas komma i arbete genom branschen under ett \u00e5r. Ny forskning fr\u00e5n Handelns forskningsinstitut visar att arbetsl\u00f6sa ickev\u00e4sterl\u00e4ndska invandrare framf\u00f6rallt erbjuds arbete inom de arbetskraftsintensiva tj\u00e4nstebranscherna. De branscher som anst\u00e4ller den h\u00f6gsta andelen arbetsl\u00f6sa med r\u00f6tter i Afrika eller Asien \u00e4r hotell- och restaurangbranschen samt bemanningsf\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e4gen in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Idag \u00e4r v\u00e5ra f\u00f6retag centrala \u00e4ven f\u00f6r att offentlig sektor ska fungera. Vi \u00e4r stora leverant\u00f6rer \u00e5t kommuner, regioner och statliga myndigheter. Vi anst\u00e4ller en tiondel av alla lagerarbetare runtom i landet, ger jobb \u00e5t var tionde ekonom, bemannar den svenska industrin \u00f6ver hela landet och bist\u00e5r med specialistkompetens f\u00f6r h\u00f6gspecialiserad v\u00e5rd i alla landets landsting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r branschen ger jobb \u00e5t fler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompetensf\u00f6retagens medlemmar, som representerar 70 procent av branschen, har <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/medlemskap\/kollektivavtal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kollektivavtal<\/a> som omfattar alla delar av arbetsmarknaden. De \u00e4r en viktig del av l\u00f6sningen f\u00f6r h\u00f6gre syssels\u00e4ttning av utlandsf\u00f6dda, unga och andra grupper som idag befinner sig l\u00e5ngt fr\u00e5n arbetsmarknaden. Med r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar skulle kompetensf\u00f6retag kunna g\u00f6ra mycket mer.
