Det var en gedigen uppgift, men tillsammans lyckas medarbetarna forts\u00e4tta st\u00f6tta arbetss\u00f6kande p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt i en tuff tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211; Det \u00e4r en v\u00e4ldigt speciell tid och v\u00e5rt fokus \u00e4r sj\u00e4lvklart att rusta oss s\u00e5 vi kan coacha s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt. Det som skedde under v\u00e5ren var b\u00e5de kr\u00e4vande och utmanande men med r\u00e4tt fokus och information gick det faktiskt. Flera av oss i f\u00f6retaget fick st\u00e4lla om. I gemensamma prognosm\u00f6ten fick Aventus tydlig bild av&nbsp; var i landet de beh\u00f6vde s\u00e4tta in extra resurser f\u00f6r att kunna hj\u00e4lpa s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt. Under f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsresan s\u00e5g \u00e4ven Aventus \u00f6ver sina checklistor och b\u00f6rjade arbeta med andra typer av verktyg. Allt f\u00f6r att kandidaterna skulle f\u00e5 samma service trots den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende pandemin. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211; Jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt glad \u00f6ver att vi redan var rustade f\u00f6r en omst\u00e4llning av den h\u00e4r magnituden.&nbsp; V\u00e5ra kandidater \u00e4r helt beroende av att vi \u00e4r professionella, effektiva och fokuserade n\u00e4r de kommer till oss f\u00f6r att finna tillbaka till arbetsliv, studier eller annan syssels\u00e4ttning. Vi hade redan innan krisen hade uppgraderat oss digitalt. N\u00e4r verksamheten gick fr\u00e5n fysiska m\u00f6ten med kandidaterna till att hela processen sk\u00f6ttes digitalt, beh\u00f6vde omst\u00e4llningsverksamheten allt st\u00f6d f\u00f6r att i sin tur st\u00f6tta kandidaterna. Sedan \u00e4r det tydligt att en helt digital process inte \u00e4r optimalt f\u00f6r alla. Men i det nya normala finns det l\u00e4rdomar att dra av det digitala arbetss\u00e4ttet. Men den har ocks\u00e5 tvingat oss att utv\u00e4rdera hur vi jobbar. Det har inneburit en hel del f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar som i slut\u00e4ndan kommer v\u00e5ra kandidater till gagn.
