De sju dagarna mellan&nbsp;<a class=\"Dictionary-word c-accent-2-bg\" data-title=\"F\u00f6rvarning. I avtalssammanhang betyder det att parterna varslar om strids\u00e5tg\u00e4rder en viss tid innan de ska b\u00f6rja g\u00e4lla.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.avtalsrorelsen.nu\/ordbok\/#varsel\">varsel<\/a>&nbsp;och konflikt planerar arbetsgivarna, s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt som m\u00f6jligt, f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rbereda sig och minska effekterna f\u00f6r b\u00e5de f\u00f6retaget och tredje man, bland annat genom att unders\u00f6ka vilka som t\u00e4nker delta i konflikten eller ej.&nbsp;V\u00e5ra fackliga motparter h\u00e4vdar att detta inte \u00e4r till\u00e5tet. Men vad g\u00e4ller egentligen? Hur vet arbetsgivaren vilka som kommer att&nbsp;<span data-contrast=\"none\">delta i konflikten?&nbsp;<strong><em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r bara de som \u00e4r medlemmar i det&nbsp;fackf\u00f6rbund&nbsp;som varslat om konflikt som ska delta om den bryter ut. Medlemmar i andra fackf\u00f6rbund eller oorganiserade deltar inte i konflikten och ska ocks\u00e5 forts\u00e4tta att arbeta som vanligt. De som inte \u00e4r fackmedlemmar har dock r\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rh\u00e5lla sig neutrala och st\u00e4lla sig vid sidan om den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende konflikten genom att ans\u00f6ka om tj\u00e4nstledighet med&nbsp;h\u00e4nvisning&nbsp;till&nbsp;sin neutralitetsr\u00e4tt. Arbetsgivarna m\u00e5ste helt enkelt veta anledningen till att medarbetare inte \u00e4r p\u00e5 arbetet.
