Bemanningsf\u00f6retag inom Kompetensf\u00f6retagen har<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/medlemskap\/kollektivavtal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> kollektivavtal<\/a> som reglerar detta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hur s\u00e4tts l\u00f6nerna f\u00f6r bemanningsanst\u00e4llda som omfattas av LO-avtalet?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inom LO-avtalet f\u00f6r bemanningsbranschen s\u00e4tts l\u00f6nerna som ett genomsnitt av l\u00f6neniv\u00e5n f\u00f6r de avtal som redan finns hos kunden d\u00e4r man jobbar. Det inneb\u00e4r att det bara \u00e4r medlemmarna i det fackf\u00f6rbund som varslat som ska strejka. De som omfattas av ett annat kollektivavtal deltar inte i konflikten och ska forts\u00e4tta&nbsp;att&nbsp;arbeta som vanligt. Oorganiserade deltar inte heller i konflikten och ska&nbsp;ocks\u00e5&nbsp;forts\u00e4tta&nbsp;att&nbsp;arbeta som vanligt. De har dock r\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rh\u00e5lla sig neutrala,&nbsp;st\u00e4lla sig vid sidan om och inte \u201dblanda sig i\u201d den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende konflikten. Oorganiserade som inte avser att arbeta under konflikten f\u00e5r ans\u00f6ka om tj\u00e4nsteledighet med&nbsp;h\u00e4nvisning&nbsp;till&nbsp;sin neutralitetsr\u00e4tt.
