D\u00e5 g\u00e4ller neutralitetsprincipen f\u00f6r bemanningsf\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De medarbetare som inte \u00e4r medlem i den organisation som varslat om strids\u00e5tg\u00e4rd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2020\/12\/vem-deltar-i-konflikt-och-vem-jobbar-som-vanligt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">omfattas inte av strids\u00e5tg\u00e4rden<\/a>. De ska allts\u00e5 forts\u00e4tta arbeta som vanligt. Neutraliteten inneb\u00e4r dock att bemanningsf\u00f6retaget s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt som m\u00f6jligt ska agera s\u00e5 att det vare sig f\u00f6rst\u00e4rker eller lindrar effekten av konflikten. I praktiken betyder det att medlemsf\u00f6retagen varken ska bidra till att minska eller ut\u00f6ka omfattningen av bemanningen p\u00e5 grund av det lagda varslet.
