Den s\u00e4ger att det \u00e4r viktigt med v\u00e4l fungerande upphandlingar av v\u00e5rdtj\u00e4nster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Rapporten visar f\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta att regioner nu har fler bemanningsf\u00f6retag p\u00e5 ramavtal ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r kostsamma direktupphandlingar. Detta \u00e4r mycket positivt och n\u00e5got som Kompetensf\u00f6retagen ocks\u00e5 har p\u00e5talat genomg\u00e5ende . Det \u00e4r mycket kostnadseffektivt att hyra in v\u00e5rdpersonal n\u00e4r regioner h\u00e5ller sig till v\u00e4l upphandlade ramavtal, s\u00e4ger Eva Domanders, Kompetensf\u00f6retagens styrelseordf\u00f6rande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 bra att Konkurrensverket lyfter fram Kompetensf\u00f6retagens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/auktorisation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">auktorisation<\/a>. I princip alla v\u00e5ra medlemsf\u00f6retag inom v\u00e5rdbemanning \u00e4r auktoriserade, vilket \u00e4r en kvalitetsst\u00e4mpel. Vi anser \u00e4ven att det b\u00f6r vara ett merv\u00e4rde n\u00e4r regionerna upphandling. Ingen region till\u00e4mpar dock detta idag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inflytande \u00f6ver arbetstid viktigaste orsaken att g\u00e5 till bemanningsbranschen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Rapporten lyfter ocks\u00e5 fram anledningarna till att m\u00e5nga l\u00e4kare och sjuksk\u00f6terskor dras till bemanningsbranschen. Bland dem ser vi att alltf\u00f6r h\u00f6g bel\u00e4ggningsgrad p\u00e5 sjukhus inneb\u00e4r att den fasta personalen inte hinner ta raster, arbetar \u00f6vertid m.m.
