Det enkla svaret \u00e4r kompetensbrist. \u00d6ver hela landet r\u00e5der brist p\u00e5 b\u00e5de\u00a0l\u00e4kare\u00a0och\u00a0sjuksk\u00f6terskor. D\u00e5 erbjuder de\u00a0inhyrda\u00a0medarbetarna tillg\u00e5ng till trygg och s\u00e4ker v\u00e5rd samt avlastning f\u00f6r de h\u00e5rt pressade ordinarie medarbetarna. Regionerna uppfattas inte som attraktiva arbetsgivare och har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r sv\u00e5rt att beh\u00e5lla och locka till sig medarbetare. I v\u00e5r konsultunders\u00f6kning ser vi att det vanligaste svaret p\u00e5 varf\u00f6r man <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/konsultundersokningar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arbetar som konsult<\/a> \u00e4r att &#8221;jag kan v\u00e4lja tid och arbetsplats&#8221; f\u00f6ljt av &#8221;jag vill ibland ha ledigt i l\u00e4ngre perioder&#8221;, p\u00e5 tredje plats kommer &#8221;jag vill ha h\u00f6gre l\u00f6n eller andra f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner&#8221; (2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>D\u00e5 erbjuder de\u00a0inhyrda\u00a0medarbetarna tillg\u00e5ng till trygg och s\u00e4ker v\u00e5rd samt avlastning f\u00f6r de h\u00e5rt pressade ordinarie medarbetarna<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regionerna uppfattas inte som attraktiva arbetsgivare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I dag l\u00e4mnar m\u00e5nga medarbetare v\u00e5rden och de som jobbar som konsulter g\u00f6r det f\u00f6r att det ofta \u00e4r enda s\u00e4ttet de kan stanna i yrket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regionerna m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra villkoren f\u00f6r medarbetarna. Enligt Ekot rapporterade v\u00e5rdsektorns medarbetare 200 fall av en hoppl\u00f6s arbetsmilj\u00f6 under 2019. En rekordh\u00f6g \u00f6kning p\u00e5 bara fem \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00e4len till anm\u00e4lningarna \u00e4r \u00f6kad arbetsbelastning, mer stress och slimmade scheman. N\u00e5got som \u00e4r extra tydligt i Region J\u00e4mtland H\u00e4rjedalen d\u00e4r man kr\u00e4vt ut\u00f6kad arbetstid. Det \u00e4r den h\u00e4r utvecklingen som bidrar till att m\u00e5nga v\u00e4ljer att l\u00e4mna v\u00e5rdyrket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r ansvariga politiker och tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n att en g\u00e5ng f\u00f6r alla ta tag i de brister som finns inom regionernas organisation och ledning. Vi f\u00f6resl\u00e5r att regionerna b\u00f6rjar samverka med andra akt\u00f6rer och g\u00f6r ett antal \u00e5tg\u00e4rder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det beh\u00f6vs en l\u00e5ngsiktig och strategisk planering av kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning, smartare och flexiblare schemal\u00e4ggning, st\u00f6rre lyh\u00f6rdhet gentemot befintliga medarbetare och vid rekrytering samt en b\u00e4ttre l\u00f6neutveckling &#8211; dessa \u00e4r kompetensbranschens expertomr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi, som representerar auktoriserade medlemmar i Kompetensf\u00f6retagen, samarbetar g\u00e4rna med regionerna kring de h\u00e4r fr\u00e5gorna f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ordning och reda i v\u00e5rden.
