Och s\u00e4llan g\u00f6rs kopplingen d\u00e4remellan: det \u00e4r regionernas brister som arbetsgivare som \u00e4r orsaken till behov av bemanning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/naringslivets-medieinstitut.se\/nmi-i-svd-medier-agerar-i-arbetsgivarnas-intresse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L\u00e4s hela rapporten h\u00e4r<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompetensf\u00f6retagen f\u00f6rbundsdirekt\u00f6r, Patrik Eidfelt har ocks\u00e5 tagit del av NMI:s rapport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5ra medlemmar, som representerar de auktoriserade v\u00e5rdbemanningsf\u00f6retagen, uppskattar hur NMI:s rapport belyser medias sv\u00e5righet att sakligt granska v\u00e5rdens bemanningsproblem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi \u00e4r eniga med V\u00e5rdf\u00f6rbundet om att det \u00e4r fel att skuldbel\u00e4gga och fokusera p\u00e5 hyrpersonalen som v\u00e5rdens problem eftersom det tar fokus fr\u00e5n det st\u00f6rre problemet vi ser i v\u00e5rden idag, vilket handlar om kompetensbrist. Idag har regionernas sv\u00e5rt att beh\u00e5lla och attrahera v\u00e5rdpersonal eftersom de inte \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt attraktiva arbetsgivare. Det kommer alltid att finnas v\u00e5rdpersonal som av olika sk\u00e4l v\u00e4ljer att arbeta som v\u00e5rdkonsult och vikarier beh\u00f6vs inom alla typer av verksamheter. Att d\u00e5 skuldbel\u00e4gga dessa personer gagnar ingen. V\u00e5ra medlemmars medarbetare st\u00f6ttar inte bara regionerna med kompetens till beh\u00f6vande patienter utan avlastar \u00e4ven den egna personalen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det blir problematiskt n\u00e4r agendas\u00e4ttande medier s\u00e5 som SR som SVT okritiskt belyser en bild som inte blir korrekt. Tyv\u00e4rr tenderar \u00f6vrig media att f\u00f6lja i deras sp\u00e5r.
