Drygt h\u00e4lften g\u00e5r vidare till andra anst\u00e4llningar, b\u00e5de f\u00f6re och efter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/amne\/24-manadersregeln\/\" id=\"247\">konsultregelns <\/a>inf\u00f6rande. Men arbetsl\u00f6sheten i gruppen har \u00f6kat, fr\u00e5n 4 procent f\u00f6re till 8 procent efter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demoskop har genomf\u00f6rt en unders\u00f6kning bland Kompetensf\u00f6retagens medlemsf\u00f6retag.  64 procent uppger att de har drabbats av arbetsbrist som en direkt f\u00f6ljd av regeln. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medlemsf\u00f6retagen upplever att det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt omplacera konsulterna eftersom konsultens kompetens inte matchar tillg\u00e4ngliga uppdrag eller att det helt enkelt saknas uppdrag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Tyv\u00e4rr har mycket av det vi varnade f\u00f6r
