Det har gett mig ett tydligt perspektiv p\u00e5 hur arbetsmarknaden f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras hos b\u00e5de arbetsgivare och individer. I dag \u00e4r mitt fokus att leda verksamheten fram\u00e5t i en tid av snabb omst\u00e4llning, d\u00e4r kundernas behov, teknik och m\u00e4nniskor utvecklas tillsammans.<br><br><strong>Varf\u00f6r vill du engagera dig i Kompetensf\u00f6retagens styrelse?<\/strong><br>Kompetensf\u00f6retagen \u00e4r en viktig akt\u00f6r i utvecklingen av framtidens arbetsmarknad, d\u00e4r f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att f\u00f6rse verksamheter med r\u00e4tt kompetens \u00e4r en nyckel f\u00f6r Sveriges konkurrenskraft. V\u00e5r roll \u00e4r att f\u00f6ra samman f\u00f6retag och talanger och att vara en m\u00f6jligg\u00f6rare n\u00e4r b\u00e5de kompetensbehov och arbetsformer f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras. Det handlar inte bara om rekrytering och bemanning, utan om att kombinera m\u00e4nniska och teknik p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som skapar v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r b\u00e5da parter.<br><br><strong>Vad \u00e4r ert viktigaste fokus just nu?<\/strong><br>Just nu handlar mycket om att st\u00f6dja b\u00e5de f\u00f6retag och individer i ett l\u00e4ge pr\u00e4glat av omst\u00e4llning. V\u00e5r roll som partner utvecklas bortom traditionell rekrytering och bemanning, vi blir experter p\u00e5 hur m\u00e4nniska och teknik b\u00e4st kombineras och att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra kompetensutveckling. Tillsammans skapar vi konkurrenskraftiga verksamheter och ett h\u00e5llbart arbetsliv d\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor kan utvecklas, mitt i skiftet.<br><br><strong>Hur ser du p\u00e5 branschens utveckling de kommande \u00e5ren?<\/strong><br>N\u00e4r AI och automation blir en naturlig del av jobbet f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras b\u00e5de arbetsuppgifter och vilka kompetenser som efterfr\u00e5gas. Det st\u00e4ller nya krav p\u00e5 hur vi matchar, utvecklar och st\u00f6ttar m\u00e4nniskor i arbetslivet, med bibeh\u00e5llen etisk kompass. Vi ska ta ledarskap i f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att kombinera teknisk utveckling med m\u00e4nskligt omd\u00f6me. H\u00e4r har Kompetensf\u00f6retagen en viktig roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Vilken fr\u00e5ga \u00e4r mest avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r branschen just nu?<\/strong><br>En viktig uppgift \u00e4r att ge v\u00e5r bransch goda f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att verka och bidra. Vi har f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan och viljan att f\u00f6rse svenska verksamheter med den kompetens de beh\u00f6ver och att bidra till att bryta den h\u00f6ga arbetsl\u00f6sheten. Men idag finns hinder f\u00f6r branschens v\u00e4rdeskapande i svenskt arbetsliv.<br><br><strong>Vad vill du bidra med i styrelsearbetet?<\/strong><br>Framf\u00f6r allt vill jag bidra till diskussionen om hur branschen kan ta en \u00e4nnu tydligare roll som m\u00f6jligg\u00f6rare i omst\u00e4llningen av arbetsmarknaden.<br><br><strong>Vilka fr\u00e5gor vill du driva?<\/strong><br>Jag vill s\u00e4rskilt driva fr\u00e5gor som r\u00f6r v\u00e5r branschs f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att verka och bidra. \u00c4ven branschens ansvar f\u00f6r ett h\u00e5llbart och inkluderande arbetsliv \u00e4r centralt f\u00f6r mig.<br><br><strong>Vad g\u00f6r du n\u00e4r du inte arbetar?<\/strong><br>Jag \u00e4gnar mig mycket \u00e5t min familj. Tr\u00e4ning och idrott \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en stor del av mitt liv.
