Samtidigt \u00e4r de en av de viktigaste rekryteringsv\u00e4garna f\u00f6r industrin.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hur kan Sverige b\u00e5de ha h\u00f6g arbetsl\u00f6shet och brist p\u00e5 kompetens i n\u00e4ringslivet? I den h\u00e4r rapporten vill vi ge insikter i vilka branscher som l\u00f6ser arbetsl\u00f6sheten och \u00f6verbygger kompetensglappet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapporten visar att kompetensbranschen \u00e4r sm\u00f6rjmedlet p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden. \u00c4nd\u00e5 skapas nya hinder som stoppar branschen fr\u00e5n att v\u00e4xa och forts\u00e4tta vara en motor f\u00f6r n\u00e4ringslivets kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning.<br><br>Vi kr\u00e4ver inga s\u00e4rl\u00f6sningar, utan vill bara bli likabehandlade.
