Det skriver Jessica Forss Katz i en genomg\u00e5ng av veckan.<\/p>\n\n<p>Under Almedalsveckan hade jag f\u00f6rm\u00e5nen att prata arbetsmarknadsfr\u00e5gor ur flera olika perspektiv med politiker, myndighetsf\u00f6retr\u00e4dare, fackorganisationer, forskare och branschorganisationskollegor. H\u00e4r kommer en snabb genomg\u00e5ng av veckan.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enskilda-moten-nbsp\"><strong>Enskilda m\u00f6ten<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi inledde veckan under m\u00e5ndagen med att tr\u00e4ffa riksdagsledamoten Oliver Rosengren (M), verksam i arbetsmarknadsutskottet. Under samtalet diskuterades incitamentsstrukturer och avvikelserapporteringar, d\u00e4rtill ber\u00e4ttade Oliver om planerna f\u00f6r moderat arbetsmarknadspolitik. Vi pratade \u00e4ven om att man m\u00e5ste inv\u00e4nta data \u00f6ver l\u00e4ngre tid, f\u00f6r en r\u00e4ttvisande utv\u00e4rdering av betygssystemets effekter p\u00e5 matchningsmarknaden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under tisdagens samtal med Magnus Persson (SD), ordf\u00f6rande i arbetsmarknadsutskottet, presenterades Svenskt N\u00e4ringslivs f\u00f6rslag till arbetsmarknadspolitik. F\u00f6r v\u00e5r del handlade m\u00f6tet mycket om att understryka kompetensbranschens roll som facilitator och brygga, n\u00e4r andra sektorer och branscher har sv\u00e5rt att hitta r\u00e4tt personal.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rundabordssamtal-nbsp\"><strong>Rundabordssamtal<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver klassisk arbetsmarknadspolitik har jag \u00e4ven f\u00f6rt samtal om gigekonomin och svenska modellen, behovet av breddad rekrytering, omst\u00e4llningssystemets utmaningar och m\u00f6jligheter samt parternas roll i att st\u00e4vja l\u00e5ngtidsarbetsl\u00f6sheten. Vi presenterade ocks\u00e5 Kompetensf\u00f6retagens och Utbildningsf\u00f6retagens 10 reformer f\u00f6r b\u00e4ttre aktiv arbetsmarknadspolitik tillsammans med Arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingens generaldirekt\u00f6r, Saila Quicklund (M) och Lisa Laun (IFAU). Ni kan l\u00e4sa mer om f\u00f6rslagen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.altinget.se\/artikel\/regeringens-arbetsmarknadspolitik-ar-for-svag\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00e4r<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/arbetsmarknadspolitik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00e4r<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4rdomen fr\u00e5n samtalen \u00e4r att dialog och utbyte skapar f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r utveckling och samarbete. Kompetensbranschen best\u00e5r av f\u00f6retag som \u00e4r ett viktigt sm\u00f6rjmedel p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden, just f\u00f6r att medlemsf\u00f6retagen identifierar och utvecklar m\u00e4nniskors potential. P\u00e5 en f\u00f6r\u00e4nderlig arbetsmarknad blir det viktigare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-seminarier-nbsp\"><strong>Seminarier<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Almega och Kompetensf\u00f6retagen h\u00f6ll i tv\u00e5 seminarier som belyste tj\u00e4nstesektorns kraft som integrationsmotor. Tv\u00e5 rapporter presenterades \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/2025\/06\/fler-arbetar-i-utsatta-omraden-tjanstesektorn-ar-en-veritabel-integrationsmotor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Almegas<\/a> respektive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/rapport\/kompetensbranschen-oppnar-arbetsmarknaden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kompetensf\u00f6retagens<\/a> &#8211; som visar p\u00e5 behovet av att underl\u00e4tta f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6retag, speciellt kompetensf\u00f6retag, att verka \u2013 som ett facit f\u00f6r hur man integrerar fler. Tack vare branschen kan fler f\u00e5 ett f\u00f6rsta jobb p\u00e5 CV:t, och en fot in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden. Bland annat visar rapporten p\u00e5 att s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som 26 procent (!) av bemanningsbranschens anst\u00e4llda kommer direkt fr\u00e5n arbetsl\u00f6shet.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trevlig-sommar-nbsp\"><strong>Trevlig sommar!<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Med detta v\u00e5rens sista blogginl\u00e4gg vill jag tacka f\u00f6r en fantastisk start p\u00e5 \u00e5ret.
