Under de senaste \u00e5ren har Mikael \u00e4ven varit vice ordf\u00f6rande f\u00f6r Kompetensf\u00f6retagen.<br \/>\n\u2013 Jag brinner f\u00f6r att fler ska f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vikten av oss och allt bra vi g\u00f6r p\u00e5 arbetsmarkanden, s\u00e4ger Mikael Jansson.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-du-har-arbetat-inom-manpowergroup-i-drygt-26-ar-vad-skulle-du-saga-utmarker-er-som-foretag\">Du har arbetat inom ManpowerGroup i drygt 26 \u00e5r, vad skulle du s\u00e4ga utm\u00e4rker er som f\u00f6retag?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi har alltid varit duktiga p\u00e5 att ligga i framkant och att utveckla nya aff\u00e4rsmodeller som ser till att m\u00e4nniskor och f\u00f6retag utvecklas med r\u00e4tt kompetens p\u00e5 en f\u00f6r\u00e4nderlig arbetsmarkand. Vi bist\u00e5r v\u00e5ra kunder att anpassa sig till den snabba omst\u00e4llningen och de kompetensbehov det medf\u00f6r. Vi \u00e4r verksamma i n\u00e4stan hela branschen och har ett brett tj\u00e4nsteutbud som t\u00e4cker upp i stort sett hela det svenska n\u00e4ringslivet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nu-ar-det-snart-dags-for-dig-att-ga-vidare-hur-skulle-du-summera-din-tid-i-branschen\">Nu \u00e4r det snart dags f\u00f6r dig att g\u00e5 vidare, hur skulle du summera din tid i branschen?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det har skett stora f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som framf\u00f6rallt handlar om en st\u00f6rre acceptans f\u00f6r oss som bransch. N\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade var det m\u00e5nga som inte ens visste vad vi gjorde. Idag vet alla vad bemanning och rekrytering \u00e4r. Det finns en helt annan mognad och f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r att vi \u00e4r en viktig spelare p\u00e5 arbetsmarkanden. Sen f\u00e5r man inte gl\u00f6mma den tekniska utvecklingen. N\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade kunde man inte s\u00f6ka jobb p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet, det var papper och penna som g\u00e4llde. Idag ser det annorlunda ut. Vi \u00e4r inne i en ny era med AI-st\u00f6d och andra tekniska l\u00f6sningar som kommer p\u00e5verka hur vi arbetar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-varfor-ar-branschen-viktig-pa-arbetsmarknaden\">Varf\u00f6r \u00e4r branschen viktig p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi har en viktig plats i n\u00e4ringslivet, b\u00e5de p\u00e5 kundsidan och f\u00f6r alla m\u00e4nniskor som vi f\u00e5r ut i arbete. Under min tid i branschen har v\u00e4rlden blivit mer globaliserad, vilket g\u00f6r att v\u00e5ra kunder \u00e4r mer internationellt konkurrenssatta. F\u00f6r att klara av att konkurrera har kunden ett stort behov av v\u00e5ra tj\u00e4nster f\u00f6r att hitta och bibeh\u00e5lla flexibilitet. Vi har ocks\u00e5 vid flera tillf\u00e4llen bevisat att vi \u00e4r en stark akt\u00f6r med m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningen att f\u00e5 ut s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt i syssels\u00e4ttning. Det \u00e4r extremt viktigt, b\u00e5de f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskors ekonomiska v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende och psykiska v\u00e4lbefinnande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-du-har-aven-varit-verksam-inom-kompetensforetagens-styrelse-vilka-fragor-har-varit-sarskilt-viktiga-for-dig\">Du har \u00e4ven varit verksam inom Kompetensf\u00f6retagens styrelse, vilka fr\u00e5gor har varit s\u00e4rskilt viktiga f\u00f6r dig?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Styrelsen har n\u00e5gra k\u00e4rnfr\u00e5gor. Det ena \u00e4r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att vi har acceptabla kollektivavtal. Det andra \u00e4r att vi har ett ansvar att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla v\u00e5r auktorisation och bibeh\u00e5lla en acceptans f\u00f6r det vi g\u00f6r. Men det jag brinner s\u00e4rskilt f\u00f6r \u00e4r att jobba med l\u00e5ngsiktigt p\u00e5verkansarbete, f\u00f6r att b\u00e5de lagstiftare och fackliga organisationer ska f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vikten av oss och allt bra vi g\u00f6r p\u00e5 arbetsmarkanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-i-branschen-ar-24-manadersregeln-en-stor-fraga-vilka-effekter-har-ni-sett\">I branschen \u00e4r 24-m\u00e5nadersregeln en stor fr\u00e5ga. Vilka effekter har ni sett?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta tycker jag att det \u00e4r principiellt fel att g\u00e5 in och begr\u00e4nsa en enskild bransch. F\u00f6r det andra sl\u00e5r den helt fel. Lagen \u00e4r till f\u00f6r att skydda v\u00e5ra anst\u00e4llda, men f\u00e5r motsatt effekt. Den begr\u00e4nsar kundernas m\u00f6jlighet att beh\u00e5lla flexibiliteten i bolaget. Det h\u00e4r en del av en st\u00f6rre \u00f6verenskommelse mellan arbetsmarknadens parter, och det m\u00e5ste man ha respekt f\u00f6r. Men det \u00e4r en allvarlig begr\u00e4nsning av v\u00e5r f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga som bransch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tack-for-din-tid-en-sista-fraga-vad-tycker-du-om-att-gora-pa-din-fritid\">Tack f\u00f6r din tid, en sista fr\u00e5ga. Vad tycker du om att g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 din fritid?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Jag tycker om att umg\u00e5s med v\u00e4nner, resa och spela golf. Och sen har jag och min fru en h\u00e4stg\u00e5rd, s\u00e5 om jag vill \u00e4r jag aldrig sysslol\u00f6s.
