De vill rekrytera nya medarbetare f\u00f6r att kunna v\u00e4xa, men hittar inte personer med den kompetens eller utbildning som beh\u00f6vs. H\u00e4r \u00e4r rekryterings- och bemanningsbranschens l\u00f6sning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember525\">Varje dag ser v\u00e5ra medlemsf\u00f6retag till att n\u00e4ringslivet f\u00e5r r\u00e4tt person, p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt plats i r\u00e4tt tid. Det visar inte minst Svenskt N\u00e4ringslivs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svensktnaringsliv.se\/sakomraden\/utbildning\/kompetens-var-god-droj-rekryteringsenkaten-2023-2024_1207191.html\">rekryteringsenk\u00e4t<\/a> som presenterades h\u00e4romveckan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember526\">Sedan \u00e5rsskiftet har vi tr\u00e4ffat flertal&nbsp;medlemsf\u00f6retag f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 rekryteringsbranschens f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r att kunna hj\u00e4lpa dem att l\u00f6sa n\u00e4ringslivets kompetenspussel \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre. Ett stort tack till er som har tagit er tid i att tr\u00e4ffa oss. Kompetensf\u00f6retagen kommer, till f\u00f6ljd av tr\u00e4ffarna, nu ha ett gediget underlag och en god grund f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt arbete med att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra branschens f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember527\">Nedan \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av de centrala fr\u00e5gor som Kompetensf\u00f6retagen kommer att lyfta i arbetet fram\u00f6ver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember528\">Offentlig upphandling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember529\">Det \u00e4r inget nytt att offentlig sektor, i m\u00e5ngt och mycket den kommunala sektorn, upphandlar p\u00e5 pris och inte kvalitet. Det h\u00e4r riskerar att leda till underm\u00e5liga rekryteringsprocesser och att det riktiga v\u00e4rdeskapandet som rekryteringsf\u00f6retagen medf\u00f6r f\u00f6rsvinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>30\/30\/40-modellen kommer st\u00e5 i centrum<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember531\">V\u00e5r uppgift blir att p\u00e5tala vikten av att offentlig sektor i st\u00f6rre utstr\u00e4ckning s\u00e4tter ett pris f\u00f6r den tj\u00e4nst man \u00f6nskar fylla, och att f\u00f6retagen i sin tur f\u00e5r upphandla p\u00e5 det v\u00e4rde de kan tillf\u00f6ra kunden. 30\/30\/40-modellen kommer st\u00e5 i centrum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember532\">Bryta trenden i att offentlig sektor bygger upp egna rekryteringsteam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember533\">Det finns m\u00e5nga nackdelar med att det offentliga bygger upp egna HR-team. Inte minst \u00e4r det kostsamt d\u00e5 rekryteringsbehoven inte \u00e4r konstanta, utan varierar \u00f6ver tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Korruption och nepotism minskar avsev\u00e4rt<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember535\">Dessutom har rekryteringsf\u00f6retagen ett mycket st\u00f6rre infl\u00f6de av kandidater \u00e4n n\u00e4r det sker via den interna processen i kommunen och m\u00f6jlighet att spara kandidater. D\u00e4rut\u00f6ver \u00e4r extern rekrytering viktigt f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att riskerna f\u00f6r korruption och nepotism minskar avsev\u00e4rt, vilket \u00e4r en h\u00f6gst aktuell fr\u00e5ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember536\">V\u00e4rna m\u00f6jligheten till bakgrundskontroll<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember537\">Allt fler kundf\u00f6retag efterfr\u00e5gar bakgrundskontroller i rekryteringsprocessen, och n\u00e5got som rekryteringsf\u00f6retagen f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas leverera p\u00e5. Om m\u00f6jligheten till att h\u00e4mta data ur r\u00e4ttsdatabaser kraftigt begr\u00e4nsas kommer detta p\u00e5verka rekryteringsf\u00f6retagens process och m\u00f6jlighet att svara gentemot kund.
