Den svenska arbetsmarknaden lider allts\u00e5 fortfarande av matchningsproblematik. M\u00e5nga f\u00f6rslag f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra situationen handlar om riktade utbildningar och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/omstallning\/\">omst\u00e4llning<\/a>, som alla \u00e4r v\u00e4l fungerande f\u00f6rslag. Men det \u00e4r viktigt att komma ih\u00e5g m\u00f6jligheten att kompetensutvecklas genom arbetet. Men det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt f\u00f6r f\u00f6r den som har en anst\u00e4llning, och inte minst f\u00f6retagen. I \u00e5rets unders\u00f6kning framkommer bland annat att tre av tio s\u00f6ker sig till bemanningsbranschen f\u00f6r kompetensutveckling. Vanligast \u00e4r det bland utrikesf\u00f6dda m\u00e4n upp till 29 \u00e5r. De vanligaste yrken man s\u00f6kt sig till f\u00f6r kompetensutveckling \u00e4r h\u00e4lso- och sjukv\u00e5rd och IT och data. Minst vanligt \u00e4r det inom medieyrken som marknadsf\u00f6ring, information, reklam, och PR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Om unders\u00f6kningen<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unders\u00f6kningen genomf\u00f6rdes av Demoskop i form av en webbenk\u00e4t som har skickats till anst\u00e4llda konsulter p\u00e5 de medverkande medlemsf\u00f6retagen inom Kompetensf\u00f6retagen.
