Den positiva tillv\u00e4xten landar p\u00e5 12,0 procent under det fj\u00e4rde kvartalet 2022, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med samma period 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtliga regioner uppvisade en positiv utveckling, och \u00e4ven sett till branschens olika tj\u00e4nsteomr\u00e5den var utvecklingen god, d\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden hade stora behov av rekrytering och bemanning. Bemanning \u00e4r fortsatt klart st\u00f6rst tj\u00e4nsteomr\u00e5de med en oms\u00e4ttningsandel p\u00e5 94 procent av den totala oms\u00e4ttningen i branschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De till oms\u00e4ttningen st\u00f6rsta yrkesomr\u00e5dena under fj\u00e4rde kvartalet 2022 var Industri &amp; Tillverkning med 27 procent av oms\u00e4ttningen, Lager &amp; Logistik med 25 procent av oms\u00e4ttningen samt IT och Administration &amp; Service med 10 respektive 9 procent av oms\u00e4ttningen. Dock gick Teknik fram starkt i snart sagt alla regioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Framtidsindikatorn<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvartalsrapporten inneh\u00e5ller numer ocks\u00e5 en framtidsindikator. D\u00e4r har f\u00f6retagen svarat p\u00e5 hur de tror att oms\u00e4ttningen kommer att utvecklas p\u00e5 kort och l\u00e5ng sikt. Andelen som uppger att f\u00f6retaget kommer att g\u00e5 mycket eller n\u00e5got b\u00e4ttre under f\u00f6rsta kvartalet 2023 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med kvartal fyra 2022 uppg\u00e5r till 30 procent. De som uppger att det kommer att g\u00e5 n\u00e5got eller mycket s\u00e4mre som uppg\u00e5r till 34 procent. P\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt ser det dock ljusare ut.
