{"id":10919,"date":"2023-02-13T09:50:27","date_gmt":"2023-02-13T08:50:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/?p=10919"},"modified":"2025-12-12T10:59:32","modified_gmt":"2025-12-12T09:59:32","slug":"2008-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2023\/02\/2008-2013\/","title":{"rendered":"2008-2013"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>2008<\/strong> antog EU <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2021\/12\/bemanningsdirektivet-och-uthyrningslagen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bemanningsdirektivet<\/a> som dels inneh\u00e5ller regler att bemanningsanst\u00e4llda ska behandlas lika som kundens anst\u00e4llda, dels en uppmaning till medlemsl\u00e4nderna att ta bort hinder f\u00f6r personaluthyrning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2009<\/strong>  beslutade Bemanningsf\u00f6retagen om att inf\u00f6ra en s\u00e4rskild <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/auktorisation-for-omstallningsforetag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">auktorisation f\u00f6r omst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6retag<\/a> med samma villkor som f\u00f6r bemanningsf\u00f6retag men med till\u00e4mpning anpassad till omst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6retagens kunders och anv\u00e4ndares behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2012<\/strong> skriver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iaf.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inspektionen f\u00f6r arbetsl\u00f6shetsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen<\/a>, IAF i en rapport till regeringen att det inte l\u00e4ngre finns n\u00e5gra sk\u00e4l f\u00f6r a-kassorna att behandla anst\u00e4llda i bemanningsf\u00f6retag annorlunda \u00e4n \u00f6vriga p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden. A-kassorna \u00e4ndrar en efter en sina regler och d\u00e4rmed \u00e4r en 16-\u00e5rig diskriminering av de bemanningsanst\u00e4llda \u00f6ver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2013<\/strong> tr\u00e4der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2021\/12\/bemanningsdirektivet-och-uthyrningslagen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uthyrningslagen<\/a> i kraft f\u00f6r arbetstagare som \u00e4r anst\u00e4llda av bemanningsf\u00f6retag i syfte att hyras ut till kundf\u00f6retag f\u00f6r arbete under dess kontroll och ledning.
