Kompetensbranschens internationella medlemsorganisation, <a href=\"https:\/\/wecglobal.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Employment Confederation (WEC),<\/a> har tagit fram rapporten Social Impact Report 2022 f\u00f6r att granska omfattning, identifiera innovativa tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt och skapa en f\u00e4rdplan f\u00f6r kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning. Rapporten framh\u00e4ver gott ledarskap och effektiva kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningsstrategier som en katalysator f\u00f6r att frig\u00f6ra kapacitet, och operativa och metodiska prioriteringar. WEC har identifierat sex viktiga omr\u00e5den f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbar kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning<em>:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Produktivitet<\/strong> \u2013 Innovativa strategier f\u00f6r att attrahera talanger tillsammans med rekryterings- och medarbetarstrategier \u00e4r nyckeln framg\u00e5ng. Att ha r\u00e4tt personer i r\u00e4tt roller vid r\u00e4tt tidpunkt inneb\u00e4r att tj\u00e4nster och produkter kan levereras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sammanh\u00e5llning \u2013<\/strong> Effektiva system och metoder f\u00f6r rekrytering och ledarskap s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller ocks\u00e5 att nya medarbetare snabbt kan integreras och prestera p\u00e5 h\u00f6g niv\u00e5. Det \u00e4r allts\u00e5 viktigt med innovativa introduktions- och on-boardingprogram. Den sammantagna effekten blir \u00f6kad sammanh\u00e5llning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Snabb omst\u00e4llning<\/strong> \u2013 Med effektiva anst\u00e4llningsmetoder g\u00e5r det snabbt <em>a<\/em>tt st\u00e4lla om till nya marknadsm\u00f6jligheter och anpassa sig till s\u00e4songsbetonad efterfr\u00e5gan. I s\u00e5dana sammanhang \u00e4r det viktigt med upparbetade relationer med till exempel rekryterings- eller bemanningsf\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inkludering<\/strong> \u2013 Inkluderande rekrytering \u00e4r bra rekrytering. Det finns tydliga bel\u00e4gg f\u00f6r att j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet och inkludering p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen fr\u00e4mjar produktivitet, snabb omst\u00e4llning och rykte (se nedan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 1rem\">&nbsp;Rykte<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 1rem\"> &#8211; Att kunna hantera rekryterings- och bemanningsprocesser p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt \u00e4r tecken p\u00e5 en bra arbetsgivare. Kultur handlar inte om policyer eller f\u00f6rfaranden; det handlar i f\u00f6rsta hand om m\u00e4nniskor och de beteenden och v\u00e4rderingar som de visar.
