F\u00f6r att hitta h\u00e5llbara l\u00f6sningar och \u00f6verbrygga kompetensklyftan m\u00e5ste det finnas en tydlig f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r vad som ligger bakom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompetensf\u00f6retagens internationella medlemsorganisation <a href=\"https:\/\/wecglobal.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Employment Confederation (WEC)<\/a> rekommenderar arbetsgivare v\u00e4rlden \u00f6ver att <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2023\/01\/social-impact-report-vinster-med-tydliga-kompetensforsorjningsstrategier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investera i rekrytering och l\u00e5ngsiktig planering f\u00f6r kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning<\/a>. WEC har \u00e4ven samlat globala data som visar hur kompetensbristen yttrar sig. Dessa data kan sammanfattas i f\u00f6ljande fyra punkter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vakanserna fortsatte att \u00f6ka under 2022<\/strong> &#8211; <span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 1rem\">Vakanstalen \u00e4r i m\u00e5nga l\u00e4nder de h\u00f6gsta p\u00e5 ett decennium. M\u00e5nga lediga jobb tillsammans med kompetensbrist har varit utm\u00e4rkande f\u00f6r det senaste \u00e5ret. Under 2022 registrerades \u00f6ver 9 miljoner lediga jobb i OECD-l\u00e4nderna. I USA lades mer \u00e4n 11 \u200b\u200bmiljoner lediga jobb ut i juli 2022, d\u00e4r det samtidigt fanns mindre \u00e4n 6 miljoner arbetss\u00f6kande.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N\u00e4stan alla sektorer ber\u00f6rs<\/strong> &#8211; <span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 1rem\">Vakansgraden har visat en s\u00e4rskilt markant \u00f6kning inom omr\u00e5den som administrativa tj\u00e4nster och st\u00f6dtj\u00e4nster, information och kommunikation, byggande, professionella, vetenskapliga och tekniska jobb. \u00c5r 2030 kommer kompetensbristen att motsvara mer \u00e4n 85 miljoner m\u00e4nniskor, eller ungef\u00e4r motsvarande Tysklands befolkning. <\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 1rem\">Det finns betydande skillnader mellan l\u00e4nder och grupper. Syssels\u00e4ttningen ligger i vissa l\u00e4nder under niv\u00e5erna f\u00f6re pandemin, liksom syssels\u00e4ttning i l\u00e5gavl\u00f6nade och l\u00e5gkvalificerade jobb generellt. Om en blickar fram\u00e5t kan utvecklingen p\u00e5 ett h\u00e5ll p\u00e5verka dynamiken och s\u00e4ttet som m\u00e5nga arbetsmarknader fungerar p\u00e5 annat h\u00e5ll.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stort behovet av reskill<\/strong> &#8211; <span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 1rem\">Enligt World Economic Forum m\u00e5ste mer \u00e4n h\u00e4lften av alla anst\u00e4llda runt om i v\u00e4rlden<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2022\/05\/kompetensbranschen-behovs-for-arbetsmarknadens-reskill-och-upskill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> vidareutbildas eller omskolas till 2025<\/a> p\u00e5 grund av automatisering och ny teknik.
