I och med coronapandemin f\u00f6rv\u00e4rrades situationen av \u201dThe Great Resignation\u201d, &#8221;det stora avhoppet&#8221;. Globalt l\u00e4mnade rekordm\u00e5nga m\u00e4nniskor sina jobb, och trenden visade under sommaren 2022 inga tecken p\u00e5 att avta. I Sverige ser vi inte s\u00e5 mycket av det stora avhoppet \u00e4nnu, men det finns \u00e4nd\u00e5 stora problem med kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen. Arbetet och s\u00e4ttet att jobba bleknade i betydelse. Och det stora avhoppet forts\u00e4tter. Det visar i alla fall unders\u00f6kningen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/gx\/en\/issues\/workforce\/hopes-and-fears-2022.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey<\/a> (PwC, mars 2022) som genomf\u00f6rdes bland mer \u00e4n 52 000 anst\u00e4llda i 44 l\u00e4nder. D\u00e4r sade var femte medarbetare att hen planerade att avsluta sin anst\u00e4llning under 2022. \u00c4ven om 71 procent av dem som deltog i unders\u00f6kningen h\u00e4nvisar till l\u00f6n som viktigaste orsak f\u00f6r att s\u00e4ga upp sig, \u00e4r den inte allt. P\u00e5 andra och tredje p\u00e5 plats kommer \u00f6nskan om ett tillfredsst\u00e4llande jobb, och att kunna vara sig sj\u00e4lv d\u00e4r. Fyra av fem vill inte f\u00f6rlora den flexibilitet de har haft under pandemin. Det p\u00e5g\u00e5r en stor omv\u00e4rdering av hur man ser p\u00e5 arbetslivet, helt enkelt. Om arbetsgivare ska attrahera de talanger de beh\u00f6ver i framtiden m\u00e5ste de ta h\u00e4nsyn till detta och se till att m\u00f6ta f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 1.0625rem;font-weight: bold\">Fyra tips f\u00f6r att hantera det stora avhoppet<br><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;font-size: 1rem\">I jakten p\u00e5 kompetens f\u00e5r du inte gl\u00f6mma bort dem du redan anst\u00e4llt! Kom ih\u00e5g vad PwC:s unders\u00f6kning visade; kraven p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen och arbetsgivaren har \u00f6kat.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ta reda p\u00e5 hur medarbetarna trivs och hur du p\u00e5 b\u00e4sta s\u00e4tt bygger vidare p\u00e5 det de uppskattar och l\u00f6ser det som anses problematiskt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hitta s\u00e4tt att g\u00e5 dina medarbetare till m\u00f6tes i deras \u00f6nskem\u00e5l; d\u00e5 bygger du lojalitet och visar att du tillhandah\u00e5ller m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r personlig och karri\u00e4rsutveckling. Samtidigt visar du potentiella medarbetare att du kan erbjuda en attraktiv arbetsplats. Win-win-win.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uppmuntra till \u00f6ppen och l\u00f6pande kommunikation. Det bygger f\u00f6rtroende, och dina medarbetare ser ett \u00f6kat v\u00e4rde av b\u00e5de arbetsplatsen och sin plats i den.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa att du uppskattar dina medarbetare!
