Men samtidigt som m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag \u00e4r i stort behov av arbetskraft r\u00e5der arbetsl\u00f6shet. Ett led i att l\u00f6sa denna paradoxala utmaning \u00e4r den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende och hittills framg\u00e5ngsrika <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/arbetsformedlingen\/om-arbetsformedlingens-reform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reformeringen av Arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Runt om i landet hj\u00e4lper <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2021\/03\/darfor-ska-fristaende-leverantorer-rusta-och-matcha-arbetssokande\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">matchningsleverant\u00f6rer<\/a> allt fler l\u00e5ngtidsarbetsl\u00f6sa till arbete. Resultaten \u00e4r tydliga: Varannan f\u00e5r jobb eller p\u00e5b\u00f6rjar en utbildning. L\u00e5ngtidsarbetsl\u00f6sheten har p\u00e5 ett \u00e5r minskat med 17 procent. Oron \u00f6ver vita fl\u00e4ckar, omr\u00e5den utan matchningsleverant\u00f6rer, \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 \u00f6verspelad d\u00e5 endast 160 arbetss\u00f6kande enligt Arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen bor i s\u00e5dana omr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>L\u00f6sningen ligger i en aktiv arbetsmarknadspolitik med effektiva matchningstj\u00e4nster, arbetsmarknadsutbildningar och anst\u00e4llningsst\u00f6d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt \u00e5terst\u00e5r&nbsp;mycket att g\u00f6ra. Bristen p\u00e5 arbetskraft drabbar alla f\u00f6retag, b\u00e5de dem med l\u00e4gre kompetenskrav och dem vars medarbetare beh\u00f6ver l\u00e5nga utbildningar. L\u00f6sningen ligger i en aktiv arbetsmarknadspolitik med effektiva matchningstj\u00e4nster, arbetsmarknadsutbildningar och anst\u00e4llningsst\u00f6d. Den fortsatta reformeringen av Arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen m\u00e5ste utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n tre principer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong>L\u00e5t Arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen fokusera p\u00e5 myndighetsut\u00f6vning. Myndigheten beh\u00f6ver identifiera de arbetss\u00f6kandes behov tidigare s\u00e5 att matchningsleverant\u00f6rerna snabbare kan ge r\u00e4tt st\u00f6d. Dessutom m\u00e5ste myndigheten bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 styrning och kontroll, b\u00e5de av de arbetss\u00f6kandes aktivitet och av leverant\u00f6rernas tj\u00e4nster. Leverant\u00f6rer som inte hj\u00e4lper arbetss\u00f6kande till jobb b\u00f6r uteslutas fr\u00e5n systemet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong>Arbetsmarknadsutbildning och matchning leder till jobb och fler arbetss\u00f6kande m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ng till dessa \u2013 helst redan fr\u00e5n dag ett. I dag g\u00e5r m\u00e5nga sysslol\u00f6sa i ett helt \u00e5r innan de kvalificerar sig f\u00f6r en insats. Detta \u00e4r inte rimligt. F\u00f6r att d\u00e4mpa den akuta bristen p\u00e5 yrkesutbildad personal kr\u00e4vs en f\u00f6rdubbling av arbetsmarknadsutbildningarna samt korta yrkesutbildningar, skr\u00e4ddarsydda utifr\u00e5n branschspecifika behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022&nbsp;<\/strong>L\u00e5t kommuner, leverant\u00f6rer och Arbetsf\u00f6rmedlingen samarbeta. Kommuner har ett starkt intresse av att arbetsl\u00f6sa g\u00e5r fr\u00e5n ekonomiskt bist\u00e5nd till egen f\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning, en drivkraft som arbetsmarknadspolitiken m\u00e5ste bejaka. Matchningsleverant\u00f6rer och kommuner m\u00e5ste kunna samtala om en arbetss\u00f6kande f\u00f6r att hitta den b\u00e4sta v\u00e4gen till jobb. Detta f\u00f6rsv\u00e5ras i dag av sekretessregler. Dessutom m\u00e5ste fler arbetsl\u00f6sa f\u00e5 ta del av den kommunala yrkesutbildningen, yrkesvux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r den tilltr\u00e4dande&nbsp;regeringens fortsatta reformarbete g\u00e4ller: H\u00e5ll i, h\u00e5ll ut.
