Det mesta talar f\u00f6r att de utmaningarna kommer att finnas under l\u00e5ng tid fram\u00f6ver. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>\u00c4ven med teknologiska framsteg, fler som arbetar och en \u00f6versyn av kompetensanv\u00e4ndningen i regionerna kommer det att finnas vakanser och<br>kompetensbrist inom v\u00e5rden. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Med hj\u00e4lp av inhyrning kan v\u00e5rdens kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning st\u00e4rkas vid behov.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-heading\" id=\"inhyrning-behovs-for-att-varden-ska-fungera\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-inhyrning-behovs-for-att-varden-ska-fungera\">Inhyrning beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att v\u00e5rden ska fungera<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Det finns m\u00e5nga orsaker till att hyra in v\u00e5rdpersonal. I grunden handlar det om de sv\u00e5righeter offentlig sektor har med att l\u00f6sa sin kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning. Det kan vara geografiska parametrar; det \u00e4r ofta sv\u00e5rt att rekrytera specialistl\u00e4kare och sjuksk\u00f6terskor till fasta tj\u00e4nster p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga orter. Det kan ocks\u00e5 bero p\u00e5 sv\u00e5righeter att f\u00e5 specialistkompetens vid enskilda tillf\u00e4llen. Kompetensf\u00f6retagens<br>medlemsf\u00f6retag \u00e4r experter p\u00e5 rekrytering<br>och l\u00e5ngsiktig, strategisk planering av<br>kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning. Om valet av arbetsgivare inte \u00e4r fritt kan det sannolikt bli&nbsp; mindre intressant att s\u00f6ka sig till v\u00e5rdyrket, eller vara en orsak att l\u00e4mna det. Det inneb\u00e4r att de uppfyller ett antal villkor och att de granskas \u00e5rligen av en auktorisationsn\u00e4mnd.
