twelve months can simultaneously apply for membership <em>and <\/em>authorization.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Applicant companies having been in operation for <em>less <\/em>than twelve months can apply for authorisation as soon as the first annual report has been filed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-heading\" id=\"terms-and-conditions-for-employer-and-industry-membership\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms and Conditions for Employer and Industry membership<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>In order to become an Employer and Industry member in Competence Agencies of Sweden, the following terms and conditions must be met<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The activities are conducted as a legal person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Swedish establishment\n<div><span lang=\"EN-GB\">comments: <\/span>A Swedish establishment means an address in Sweden where the company is registered, cannot be a PO box address<\/div>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct activities with employed personnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the application (through signature) provide a written declaration that the company intends to follow the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/kompetensforetagens-stadgar-2\/\">association\u2019s statutes<\/a> (in Swedish) with its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/08\/ethical-rules.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ethical rules<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svensktnaringsliv.se\/material\/rapporter\/svenskt-naringslivs-stadgar_1009616.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bylaws of Swedish Confederation of Enterprise.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enclose\/attach documentation proving company\u2019s valid certificate of incorporation, Swedish F-tax cert for corporate taxation, is registered for VAT* and as an employer in Sweden, which is done easiest by using the Swedish Tax Agency\u2019s form, SKV 4820.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is covered by Competence Agencies of Sweden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/medlemssidor\/forsakringar-for-medlemmar-i-kompetensforetagen\/\">liability insurance<\/a> or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enclose\/attach documentation, which verifies that the company does not have taxes and fees in arrears and otherwise has orderly finances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign a collective agreement for the agreement area in which the company operates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That the company has participated in Competence Agencies of Sweden\u2019s collective agreement training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applies at a minimum Competence Agencies of Sweden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/in-english\/agreements-on-general-terms-and-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">general terms of delivery<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure subcontractors\u2019 professionalism with regard to taxes and fees and liability insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All companies in a group must be affiliated if they conduct activities within the areas of Competence Agencies of Sweden. These include outplacement, staffing services and recruitment. Exceptions can be made if approved by the board of Competence Agencies of Sweden and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprises . See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/auktorisation-2\/medlemskapets-omfattning\/\">Statutes \u00a73<\/a> (in Swedish), Scope of membership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observe Competence Agencies of Sweden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/08\/ethical-rules.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ethical rules<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undergo Competence Agencies of Sweden\u2019s review of the above in connection with admission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-heading\" id=\"terms-and-conditions-for-industry-membership\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms and Conditions for Industry membership<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>In order to become an industry member in Competence Agencies of Sweden, the following terms and conditions must be met<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The activities are conducted as a legal person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide a written declaration (through signature) that the company intends to follow the federation\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/kompetensforetagens-stadgar-2\/\">statutes<\/a>with its<a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/08\/ethical-rules.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> ethical rules<\/a> the Swedish Confederation of Enterprise\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/svensktnaringsliv.se\/material\/rapporter\/svenskt-naringslivs-stadgar_1009616.html\">bylaws, (in Swedish)<\/a> which is done in the application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enclose\/attach documentation showing that the company has a valid certificate of incorporation and F-tax cert for corporate taxation, is registered for VAT and is registered as an employer in Sweden, which is done easiest by using the Swedish Tax Agency\u2019s form, SKV 4820<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is covered by Competence Agencies of Sweden\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/kompetensforetagen.se\/medlemssidor\/forsakringar-for-medlemmar-i-kompetensforetagen\/\">liability insurance <\/a>or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enclose\/attach documentation, which verifies that the company does not have taxes and fees in arrears and otherwise has orderly finances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concurrently sign a service agreement with Almega, or already has membership in another association in Almega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has undergone Competence Agencies of Sweden\u2019s basic training in labour law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applies at a minimum Competence Agencies of Sweden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/in-english\/agreements-on-general-terms-and-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">general terms of delivery<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure subcontractors\u2019 professionalism with regard to taxes and fees and liability insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All companies in a group must be affiliated if they conduct activities within the areas of Competence Agencies of Sweden. These include (staff)contract, job placement, career transition, staffing services and recruitment. Exceptions are only allowed if there are special reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observe the&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almega.se\/app\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/08\/ethical-rules.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ethical rules<\/a> of Competence Agencies of Sweden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify that the activities are conducted in applicant companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undergo Competence Agencies of Sweden\u2019s review of the above in connection with admission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-heading\" id=\"conditions-for-authorization\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions for Authorization<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Companies having been in operation for at least twelve months can apply for Authorisation. Read the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/2021\/11\/authorization\/\">conditions for Authorization<\/a> and at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/tryggakompetensen\/\">www.tryggakompetensen.se<\/a>&nbsp; you can&nbsp;find out if a company is authorised.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-heading\" id=\"membership-fee\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membership fee<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p><em><strong>Industry and employer membership&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>The annual membership fee is on average 0.25 percent of the company&#8217;s payroll last year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>The fee includes membership of Competence Agencies of Sweden with service for employers, industry wide lobbying, and authorization as well as membership of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Example: If the annual payroll is<strong> 5<\/strong> million SEK the annual fee is 15,600 SEK. If the annual payroll is <strong>20<\/strong> million SEK the annual fee is 54,800 SEK. The <strong>minimum fee <\/strong>is 11,450 SEK per year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>The annual fee is charged on two occasions during the year. The fee is largely tax deductible.
