Denna flexibilitet \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt v\u00e4rdefull i tider av os\u00e4kerhet eller snabba f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar p\u00e5 marknaden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Under ett antal \u00e5r har Kompetensf\u00f6retagen st\u00e4llt fr\u00e5gor i Svenskt N\u00e4ringslivs f\u00f6retagarpanel om hur och varf\u00f6r n\u00e4ringslivet anv\u00e4nder bemanning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>I h\u00f6gkonjunktur anv\u00e4nder<strong> nio av tio st\u00f6rre f\u00f6retag<\/strong> inhyrda medarbetaref\u00f6r att klara sin kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning. Men i takt med ett sv\u00e5rare ekonomiskt l\u00e4ge har anv\u00e4ndningen minskat. Nu uppger omkring fyra av fem st\u00f6rre f\u00f6retag att de har anlitat bemanningskonsulter under de senaste tv\u00e5 \u00e5ren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Mellan 2023 och 2025 har det \u00e4ven skett en tydlig f\u00f6rskjutning i f\u00f6retagens motiv f\u00f6r att anlita inhyrd personal. \u00c5r 2023 uppgav n\u00e4stan h\u00e4lften av f\u00f6retagen att det fr\u00e4msta sk\u00e4let var sv\u00e5righeter att sj\u00e4lva hitta r\u00e4tt kompetens. Tv\u00e5 \u00e5r senare har denna andel minskat till 20 procent.
