I unders\u00f6kningen kartl\u00e4ggs f\u00f6retagens kompetensbehov och rekryteringsm\u00f6nster, samt deras uppfattning om tillg\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 kompetent arbetskraft.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Tillg\u00e5ngen till r\u00e4tt kompetens \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagens m\u00f6jligheter att v\u00e4xa, utvecklas och st\u00e4rka sin konkurrenskraft. Rekryteringsenk\u00e4ten visar att sju av tio f\u00f6retag har sv\u00e5rt att rekrytera medarbetare med den kompetens som efterfr\u00e5gas. Denna siffra har varit of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrad sedan 2015, vilket tydligt indikerar att problemet inte prim\u00e4rt \u00e4r kopplat till konjunkturl\u00e4get utan snarare till strukturella brister i matchningen mellan utbudet av arbetskraft och n\u00e4ringslivets behov.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Kompetensbristen utg\u00f6r inte enbart en utmaning f\u00f6r enskilda f\u00f6retag, utan p\u00e5verkar \u00e4ven Sveriges ekonomiska utveckling i stort. Varje rekrytering som uteblir inneb\u00e4r potentiellt f\u00f6rlorad produktion, minskad f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning och utebliven tillv\u00e4xt \u2013 faktorer som i f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngningen begr\u00e4nsar n\u00e4ringslivets konkurrenskraft och bromsar samh\u00e4llsekonomisk utveckling.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Trots det r\u00e5dande l\u00e5gkonjunkturl\u00e4get rapporterar svenska f\u00f6retag en fortsatt h\u00f6g efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 kvalificerad arbetskraft, s\u00e4rskilt inom yrkesutbildade segment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Stora delar av n\u00e4ringslivet uppger att de hindras i sin utveckling p\u00e5 grund av sv\u00e5righeter att hitta medarbetare med r\u00e4tt kompetens:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-green-color\">6 av 10 f\u00f6retag har f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt rekrytera under den senaste perioden.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-green-color\">7 av 10 f\u00f6retag uppger att de har sv\u00e5rt att hitta r\u00e4tt kompetens.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-green-color\">1 av 4 rekryteringsf\u00f6rs\u00f6k misslyckas helt.<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Orsakerna till rekryteringsproblemen varierar mellan branscher och regioner, men den mest frekvent \u00e5terkommande orsaken \u00e4r brist p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt utbildning och relevant yrkeserfarenhet hos de s\u00f6kande. Behovet av gymnasial yrkeskompetens framh\u00e5lls s\u00e4rskilt av f\u00f6retagen som det omr\u00e5de d\u00e4r tillg\u00e5ngen \u00e4r mest otillr\u00e4cklig. Detta m\u00f6nster har varit tydligt under minst ett decennium och utvecklingen pekar mot en fortsatt \u00f6kning i efterfr\u00e5gan inom de n\u00e4rmaste \u00e5ren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"360\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kompetensforetagen.se\/app\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/kompetens_vargoddroj_omslag.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20343\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Det faktum att s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag har sv\u00e5righeter att rekrytera \u00e4ven under tider av svagare konjunktur tyder p\u00e5 att den svenska arbetsmarknaden pr\u00e4glas av en l\u00e5ngvarig och strukturell brist i kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen. F\u00f6retagens ambition att v\u00e4xa och utvecklas h\u00e4mmas i h\u00f6g utstr\u00e4ckning av att n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig kompetens saknas, vilket resulterar i l\u00e4gre l\u00f6nsamhet, f\u00f6rlorade aff\u00e4rsm\u00f6jligheter och i vissa fall n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigheten att tacka nej till best\u00e4llningar eller uppdrag.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Sammanfattningsvis utg\u00f6r kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen en av de mest kritiska faktorerna f\u00f6r n\u00e4ringslivets framtida utveckling och konkurrenskraft.
