Fr\u00e5n att f\u00f6rst fr\u00e4mst varit fr\u00e5ga om uthyrning av kontorspersonal i Stockholm har verksamheten expanderat till andra yrken och orter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Anst\u00e4llningar i bemanningsbranschen \u00e4r i regel p\u00e5 heltid, de \u00e4r ofta tillsvidareanst\u00e4llningar och omfattas i de flesta fall av kollektivavtal. Arbetsmilj\u00f6ansvaret \u00e4r dubbelt: b\u00e5de f\u00f6retaget som hyr ut och f\u00f6retaget som hyr in har ett arbetsmilj\u00f6ansvar f\u00f6r medarbetaren. Likabehandlingsprincipen inneb\u00e4r att de inhyrda medarbetarna har r\u00e4tt till samma villkor som kundf\u00f6retagets egna anst\u00e4llda. Konsulterna har \u00e4ven r\u00e4tt till garantil\u00f6n n\u00e4r de inte \u00e4r ute p\u00e5 uppdrag hos ett kundf\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Det finns ytterligare specialparagrafer som endast ber\u00f6r bemanningskonsulter i Medbest\u00e4mmandelagen (MBL).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Bemanningsuppdrag \u00e4r d\u00e4rmed mer reglerade \u00e4n andra anst\u00e4llningar.
