Det r\u00e5der s\u00e4rskilt stor brist p\u00e5 processoperat\u00f6rer, mont\u00f6rer, svetsare, tekniker och olika typer av ingenj\u00f6rer, inte minst inom IT, mjukvaru- och systemutveckling. Exempelvis beh\u00f6ver industrin cirka 18 000 processoperat\u00f6rer de kommande tre \u00e5ren, medan utbildningssystemet endast ber\u00e4knas leverera omkring 1&nbsp;500.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>F\u00f6retag tvingas d\u00e4rf\u00f6r i \u00f6kande grad anst\u00e4lla personer utan r\u00e4tt formell utbildning men med utvecklingspotential. Samtidigt \u00f6kar behovet av kompetenser kopplade till digitalisering, automatisering, klimatomst\u00e4llning och projektledning.
