N\u00e4r konjunkturen st\u00e4rks finns det en risk att matchningsproblemen \u00f6kar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Sverige \u00e4r det enda nordiska landet d\u00e4r <em>Beveridgekurvan<\/em> visar tecken p\u00e5 \u00f6kad mismatch \u2013 fler lediga jobb, men ocks\u00e5 fler arbetsl\u00f6sa \u2013 vilket tyder p\u00e5 att arbetsgivare och arbetss\u00f6kande inte hittar varandra.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>I en ny rapport f\u00f6rklarar IFAU det med att Sverige satsar betydligt mindre p\u00e5 yrkesinriktade utbildningsprogram, trots att dessa visat sig vara effektiva f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 l\u00e5ngtidsarbetsl\u00f6sa i arbete \u2013 s\u00e4rskilt viktiga f\u00f6r grupper med l\u00e5g utbildningsniv\u00e5, exempelvis vissa utrikes f\u00f6dda.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Till skillnad fr\u00e5n andra nordiska l\u00e4nder l\u00e4gger Sverige stort fokus p\u00e5 subventionerade anst\u00e4llningar, s\u00e4rskilt mindre effektiva former som Samhall.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Arbetsmarknadspolitiken i Sverige pr\u00e4glas \u00e4ven av en splittrad struktur, d\u00e4r staten, kommunerna och arbetsmarknadens parter alla har roller.
