I denna rapport har s\u00e5v\u00e4l industrif\u00f6retag som v\u00e5ra medlemsf\u00f6retag inom rekrytering, bemanning och omst\u00e4llning vittnat om utmaningarna n\u00e4ringslivet och v\u00e4lf\u00e4rden st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Men fram tonar ocks\u00e5 en bild av att kompetensbranschens f\u00f6retag erbjuder en trygg, flexibel och kostnadseffektiv l\u00f6sning p\u00e5 rekryteringspusslet. De g\u00f6r den gr\u00f6na omst\u00e4llningen m\u00f6jlig genom att framtidss\u00e4kra kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen. Det handlar om specialister och avancerade tj\u00e4nster inom en m\u00e4ngd branscher, inte minst industrin och den gr\u00f6na omst\u00e4llningen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Trots detta \u00e4r v\u00e5r bransch ofta ifr\u00e5gasatt och misst\u00e4nkliggjord. Den \u00e4r h\u00e5rt reglerad. Ett aktuellt exempel \u00e4r den nya 24-m\u00e5nadersregeln i uthyrningslagen som f\u00f6rsv\u00e5rar och f\u00f6rdyrar inhyrning av personal. Regler som l\u00f6negolvet f\u00f6r arbetskraft fr\u00e5n utlandet blir ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00f6dande f\u00f6r de verksamheter som har sv\u00e5rt att hitta r\u00e4tt kompetens i Sverige.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Synen p\u00e5 branschen m\u00e5ste d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4ndras. Den svenska bemanningsmodellen inneb\u00e4r trygga anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden d\u00e4r alla anst\u00e4llda omfattas av kollektivavtal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Under det senaste \u00e5ret arbetade \u00f6ver 180 000 personer i kompetensbranschen. M\u00e5nga f\u00e5r sitt f\u00f6rsta jobb inom bemanning. Det blir steget in p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden f\u00f6r unga, utrikesf\u00f6dda och arbetss\u00f6kande.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret omsatte branschen 88 miljarder kronor.
