F\u00f6r Mariam \u00e4r nyckeln till framg\u00e5ng goda exempel och samarbete mellan m\u00e5nga olika akt\u00f6rer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Nordisk Kompetens har valt att inte nischa sig till n\u00e5gon speciell bransch utan jobbar med allt fr\u00e5n chefer till industriarbetare och lokalv\u00e5rdare. P\u00e5 grund av den breda inriktningen m\u00e4rker man ocks\u00e5 snabbt vad som \u00e4r p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng inom olika omr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Vi \u00e4r ju ett f\u00f6retag som har \u00f6rat mot r\u00e4lsen och eftersom vi jobbar med b\u00e5de upps\u00e4gningar och rekryteringar ser vi snabbt trender p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden. H\u00f6gt utbildade och kollektivavtalsanst\u00e4llda f\u00e5r jobb ganska snabbt efter upps\u00e4gning, men f\u00f6r andra handlar det ofta om att hitta kreativa s\u00e4tt att uppgradera kompetenser man redan har. Jobben finns, men inte alltid r\u00e4tt kompetens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8221;Vissa f\u00f6retag kan inte v\u00e4xa och vissa kan inte ens ta uppdrag p\u00e5 grund av kompetensbrist&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;Det kan till exempel vara att ge m\u00e4nniskor med gamla CE-k\u00f6rkort kortare utbildning till lastbilschauff\u00f6r. Men det kan ocks\u00e5 handla om att jobba med st\u00f6rre upps\u00e4gningar i kommuner i s\u00f6dra Sverige och erbjuda dem att komma och testa att jobba i gruvorna i Pajala.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>\u00c4ven om det blivit n\u00e5got l\u00e4ttare att f\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskor att flytta till norra Sverige upplever Mariam att det faktiskt kan vara enklare att rekrytera m\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n s\u00f6dra Europa \u00e4n s\u00f6dra Sverige.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;Det finns allvarliga utmaningar. Vissa f\u00f6retag kan inte v\u00e4xa och vissa kan inte ens ta uppdrag p\u00e5 grund av kompetensbrist. Men vi ser ocks\u00e5 att m\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n till exempel Nederl\u00e4nderna och Spanien \u00e4r intresserade av att komma hit och jobba. Man ser norra Sverige som ett intressant omr\u00e5de att bo i. I b\u00f6rjan var det mest de som inte hade n\u00e5gon familj som kunde t\u00e4nka sig att flytta hit. Men nu st\u00e5r vi p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga m\u00e4ssor och m\u00f6ter nu ocks\u00e5 familjer som vill etablera sig h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Mariam menar att samarbete \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa kompetensbristen, men att \u00e4ven politiska beslut beh\u00f6vs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8221;N\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor varit arbetsl\u00f6sa l\u00e4nge kanske det m\u00e5ste finnas krav p\u00e5 att s\u00f6ka d\u00e4r jobben finns&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Vi beh\u00f6ver ju m\u00e4nniskor som kommer utifr\u00e5n hit till norra Sverige. Kanske skulle politikerna kunna skippa l\u00f6negolvet eller s\u00e4nka det f\u00f6r omr\u00e5den d\u00e4r vi beh\u00f6ver fler m\u00e4nniskor. Och n\u00e4r m\u00e4nniskor varit arbetsl\u00f6sa l\u00e4nge kanske det m\u00e5ste finnas krav p\u00e5 att s\u00f6ka d\u00e4r jobben finns. Flyttbidrag och hj\u00e4lp f\u00f6r anh\u00f6riga att f\u00e5 jobb kan vara tv\u00e5 s\u00e4tt att uppmuntra flytt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Det allra viktigaste f\u00f6r att locka m\u00e4nniskor hit till norra Sverige \u00e4r att sprida de m\u00e5nga goda exempel som finns, t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 helheten och samarbeta \u00e4nnu mer.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mariam Al-zamami och hennes man startade Nordisk Kompetens f\u00f6r tio \u00e5r sedan med fokus p\u00e5 omst\u00e4llning i Norrbotten.
