Det menar Jimmy R\u00f6nnblom som \u00e4r vd f\u00f6r bemannings- och rekryteringsf\u00f6retaget Konsultia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Framtidens behov g\u00e5r inte ihop med den tillg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskor och kompetenser som efterfr\u00e5gas. Kombinationen av en \u00e5ldrande befolkning och stora grupper som vill jobba, men som har sv\u00e5rt att etablera sig p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden \u00e4r den sv\u00e5ra n\u00f6ten att kn\u00e4cka.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Konsultia arbetar med bemanning och rekrytering f\u00f6r industrin och fokuserar i stor utstr\u00e4ckning p\u00e5 produktionspersonal. I huvudsak rekryterar man m\u00e4nniskor som redan bor i norra Sverige och man tittar mycket p\u00e5 potential i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r formella meriter. Om en person vill l\u00e4ra sig och har ambitionen att g\u00f6ra ett bra jobb \u00e4r det ofta en bra matchning v\u00e4rd att investera i. Jag tror mycket p\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskors f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att v\u00e4xa och utvecklas. Och om vi t\u00e4nker s\u00e5 blir ju kandidatunderlaget mycket st\u00f6rre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Det stora behovet av medarbetare skyndas p\u00e5 av de stora industrisatsningarna som just nu sker p\u00e5 flera h\u00e5ll. Satsningar som p\u00e5verkar samh\u00e4llen mycket. Jimmy R\u00f6nnblom menar samtidigt att det inte \u00e4r en fr\u00e5ga som handlar om V\u00e4sterbotten eller Norrbotten specifikt utan snarare en fr\u00e5ga f\u00f6r Sverige.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8221;Om vi inte g\u00f6r mer riskerar m\u00e5nga satsningar att misslyckas&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Det finns ett tydligt f\u00f6nster nu d\u00e4r flera f\u00f6retag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker ta ledartr\u00f6jan internationellt i den snabba omst\u00e4llningen vi nu st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r. Men om vi inte g\u00f6r mer riskerar m\u00e5nga satsningar att misslyckas. Det skulle vara v\u00e4ldigt tr\u00e5kigt f\u00f6r hela Sverige.&nbsp;Politiken beh\u00f6ver arbeta proaktivt och genomf\u00f6ra satsningar innan behoven blir akuta. Ett exempel \u00e4r yrkesutbildningarna som m\u00e5ste v\u00e4xlas upp f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta b\u00e5de dagens och framtidens behov. Det handlar om relativt korta yrkesutbildningar, men de satsningar som g\u00f6rs idag r\u00e4cker inte. Andra viktiga omr\u00e5den \u00e4r infrastruktursatsningar, en attraktiv bostadsmarknad och en dimensionerad v\u00e4lf\u00e4rd.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Jimmy R\u00f6nnblom, pekar som flera andra ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 vikten att n\u00e5 ut med en uppdaterad bild av industrin.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8221;Vi beh\u00f6ver visa upp alla intressanta jobb som finns, den schyssta arbetsmilj\u00f6n och de sp\u00e4nnande f\u00f6retagen&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; M\u00e5nga som inte arbetat inom industrin har en f\u00f6rlegad bild av hur det \u00e4r.
