M\u00f6jligheterna \u00e4r m\u00e5nga och b\u00e5de f\u00f6retag och kommuner \u00e4r \u00f6ppna f\u00f6r att anst\u00e4lla mer p\u00e5 potential \u00e4n formella meriter. Men det r\u00e4cker inte. Det finns ett stort gap mellan vad som efterfr\u00e5gas och vilken kompetens som finns bland dagens arbetss\u00f6kande. Cecilia Mannheimer efterlyser modigare politiker.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Alla ser ju v\u00e5ra demografiska utmaningar. Politikerna ocks\u00e5. Men jag tror att de tycker att besluten som kr\u00e4vs \u00e4r f\u00f6r obekv\u00e4ma. Det g\u00e4ller till exempel arbetskraftsinvandringen d\u00e4r vi inte kan st\u00e4nga d\u00f6rrar f\u00f6r den arbetskraft vi vill ha och beh\u00f6ver. Och g\u00f6ra dem flyttbara. I dag \u00e4r m\u00f6jligheterna till utbildningar knutna till var du bor och lever, men det \u00f6kar ju inte m\u00e4nniskors vilja att flytta dit d\u00e4r jobben finns. Vi har inte heller s\u00e5 mycket debatt kring hur l\u00e4nge du kan f\u00e5 a-kassa innan du m\u00e5ste flytta till ett jobb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8221;Vi m\u00e5ste satsa mycket mer p\u00e5 yrkesutbildningar och g\u00f6ra dem flyttbara&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Randstad \u00e4r ett av v\u00e4rldens st\u00f6rsta f\u00f6retag inom kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning. Varje dag g\u00e5r 600&nbsp;000 personer till jobbet med Randstad-l\u00f6n p\u00e5 39 olika marknader. I Sverige finns verksamheten fr\u00e4mst inom bemanning och rekrytering \u00f6ver hela landet. En omst\u00e4llningsdel finns ocks\u00e5 i dotterbolaget Randstad RiseSmart.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Att vi \u00e4r globala g\u00f6r ju att vi har musklerna som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att kunna l\u00f6sa m\u00e5nga av dagens kompetensbehov. Just nu har vi mycket crossborder-l\u00f6sningar med talanger som \u00e4r sugna p\u00e5 att komma fr\u00e5n andra delar av Europa till norra Sverige och jobba. Det handlar om b\u00e5de kvalificerade uppgifter och enklare jobb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Att bemanna med m\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n andra delar av Europa fungerar bra, men vad kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att m\u00e4nniskor ska vilja stanna permanent och bygga en framtid i norra Sverige? Cecilia menar att b\u00e5de f\u00f6retagen och politiken m\u00e5ste t\u00e4nka nytt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8221;\u00c4r inte incitamenten tillr\u00e4ckliga f\u00f6r att flytta g\u00f6r du inte det&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Man har sitt sammanhang d\u00e4r man \u00e4r och har sina r\u00f6tter. \u00c4r inte incitamenten tillr\u00e4ckliga f\u00f6r att flytta g\u00f6r du inte det. Om det inte finns n\u00e5got som driver dig \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rt att se varf\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Arbetsgivarna m\u00e5ste jobba med sitt varum\u00e4rke f\u00f6r att vara attraktiva. I Sverige rankar talanger l\u00f6n och f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner, balans mellan jobb och fritid samt arbetsmilj\u00f6 h\u00f6gst. Och f\u00f6r generation Z och Alpha \u00e4r det otroligt viktigt med syftesdrivna f\u00f6retag. M\u00e5nga traditionella bolag t\u00e4nker inte p\u00e5 vad det \u00e4r.
