Alla medarbetare ber\u00f6rs och genom omskolning och reskill h\u00e5ller SSAB nu p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rbereda f\u00f6r det nya.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Sandra S\u00f6derberg som \u00e4r HR manager p\u00e5 SSAB i Lule\u00e5 ber\u00e4ttar att det sker m\u00e5nga andra etableringar i Norrbotten, \u00e4ven p\u00e5 Svart\u00f6ns industriomr\u00e5de, d\u00e4r alla satsningar har behov av kompetens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Vi ska st\u00e4lla om och bygga ett nytt fossilfritt st\u00e5lverk i Lule\u00e5, vilket kr\u00e4ver andra kompetenser \u00e4n vad vi har i dag. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har vi redan startat det interna, och delvis EU-finansierade, programmet SSAB Academy. Just nu kan vi kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rja med omskolning och reskill av ordinarie personal. Men vi kommer ju att beh\u00f6va andra typer av kompetenser ocks\u00e5. Det handlar till exempel om att samarbeta\u00a0med yrkesvux och grundskolor tillsammans med andra industrier f\u00f6r att anpassa utbildningarna s\u00e5 att det m\u00f6ter industrins behov. Samt att f\u00f6retag samarbetar vid tandemrekrytering det vill s\u00e4ga att hitta syssels\u00e4ttning till en medf\u00f6ljande.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8221;Fler borde f\u00e5 uppleva hur h\u00e4ftigt det \u00e4r att jobba inom och vara en del av den gr\u00f6na omst\u00e4llningen&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>De m\u00e5nga satsningarna inom den gr\u00f6na omst\u00e4llningen i Norra Sverige g\u00f6r att intresset f\u00f6r att jobba inom industrin m\u00e5ste \u00f6ka \u00f6ver lag. Sandra S\u00f6derberg pekar p\u00e5 att locka fler kvinnor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Vi beh\u00f6ver \u00f6ka intresset f\u00f6r industrin i alla grupper. I dag \u00e4r det bara 17 procent kvinnor som jobbar h\u00e4r. Vi m\u00e5ste jobba mer med hur vi kan f\u00e5 kvinnor att tycka att industrin \u00e4r attraktiv. Fler borde f\u00e5 uppleva hur h\u00e4ftigt det \u00e4r att jobba inom och vara en del av den gr\u00f6na omst\u00e4llningen. Samtidigt \u00e4r det viktigt att vi inte konkurrerar ut traditionellt kvinnodominerade branscher som v\u00e5rd, skola och omsorg. Om m\u00e4nniskor ska vilja flytta hit m\u00e5ste ju det ocks\u00e5 fungera.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8221;Vi m\u00e5ste jobba mer med hur vi kan f\u00e5 kvinnor att tycka att industrin \u00e4r attraktiv&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>F\u00f6r att skapa ett attraktivt helhetserbjudande och f\u00f6r att fler ska vilja komma f\u00f6r att arbeta engagerar SSAB sig i flera utmaningar som ligger utanf\u00f6r den egentliga k\u00e4rnverksamheten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker r\u00f6ra oss i andra delar som ocks\u00e5 engagerar m\u00e4nniskor. Saker som kanske inte alls handlar om SSAB och att vi tillverkar st\u00e5l, men som betyder mycket f\u00f6r att m\u00e4nniskor ska vilja komma hit och skapa en attraktiv region. Vi deltar till exempel i olika kulturarrangemang och st\u00f6ttar d\u00e4r vi kan f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en attraktiv region.
