I Lule\u00e5 driver de Europas f\u00f6rsta anodfabrik f\u00f6r batterier. Just nu \u00e4r Talga i en uppbyggnadsfas, men har redan medarbetare fr\u00e5n hela v\u00e4rlden. Genom att t\u00e4nka helhet vill de locka fler att jobba i den gr\u00f6na omst\u00e4llningen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Clara Emmoth, som sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r uppvuxen i Lule\u00e5, \u00e4r People and Culture Business Partner. Det \u00e4r hon som har hand om kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningen n\u00e4r produktionen s\u00e4tter i g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 allvar. Talga kommer att ha ungef\u00e4r 130 medarbetare i Lule\u00e5 och 60 i Vittangi d\u00e4r de bryter grafiten som anv\u00e4nds i produktionen. De anv\u00e4nder b\u00e5de bemannings- och rekryteringsf\u00f6retag i sin verksamhet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; P\u00e5 operat\u00f6rssidan anv\u00e4nder vi bemanningsf\u00f6retag f\u00f6r att hantera arbetstoppar d\u00e5 vi k\u00f6r treskift var fj\u00e4rde vecka. Vi kommer alltid ha behov av bemanningsl\u00f6sningar p\u00e5 operat\u00f6rssidan, men vi anv\u00e4nder \u00e4ven bemanningsl\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r vikariat p\u00e5 tj\u00e4nstemannasidan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Just nu rekryterar Talga mest tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n och de kommer fr\u00e5n n\u00e4stan hela v\u00e4rlden. Att Sverige \u00e4r en trygg plats med bra sjukv\u00e5rd och skolor spelar in. Och just i norr Sverige \u00e4r det s\u00e5 klart ocks\u00e5 naturen som drar. I dag har vi bland annat medarbetare fr\u00e5n Polen, Marocko, Filipinerna, Egypten, Frankrike, England. Italien, Portugal, Vitryssland och Tyskland.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8221;M\u00e5nga attraheras av att jobba i den gr\u00f6na n\u00e4ringen. Det h\u00e4nder saker snabbt och man f\u00e5r vara med och skapa n\u00e5got fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Det pratas en hel del om s\u00e5 kallat fly-in fly-out och risken f\u00f6r att det urholkar samh\u00e4llen. Men Clara Emmoth menar att det ocks\u00e5 kan finnas positiva f\u00f6ljder av att m\u00e4nniskor testjobbar en kortare tid utan att ha best\u00e4mt sig.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; Jag tror att det \u00e4r oundvikligt att m\u00e4nniskor kommer hit tillf\u00e4lligt och jobbar. Vi kan till exempel se att n\u00e4r vi ska bygga upp v\u00e5r fabrik finns inte kompetensen vare sig i Lule\u00e5 eller i Kiruna. Men att jobba tillf\u00e4lligt kan ocks\u00e5 bli en ink\u00f6rsport. Ett s\u00e4tt att se och uppleva stan och sen kanske ta med sin familj och bos\u00e4tta sig permanent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Genom relativt enkla \u00e5tg\u00e4rder arbetar Talga ocks\u00e5 med att anpassa arbetet s\u00e5 att det ska bli enklare att kombinera med ett modernt familjeliv. N\u00e5got som \u00e4r viktigt inte minst f\u00f6r yngre medarbetare. Genom att till exempel skjuta arbetsdagens start f\u00f6r operat\u00f6rer fr\u00e5n kl. 06:00 och n\u00e5gra timmar fram\u00e5t, blir det m\u00f6jligt att l\u00e4mna barn p\u00e5 f\u00f6rskola eller skola.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>&#8211; M\u00e5nga attraheras av att jobba i den gr\u00f6na omst\u00e4llningen. Det h\u00e4nder saker snabbt och man f\u00e5r vara med och skapa n\u00e5got fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan. Men i bland tror jag att vi gl\u00f6mmer familjerna som f\u00f6ljer med. Vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker attrahera unga m\u00e4nniskor som ocks\u00e5 har familj och prioriterar sin fritid. Om fler ska vilja stanna permanent m\u00e5ste vi satsa p\u00e5 hela familjen och \u00e4nnu mer p\u00e5 kultur och fritid, eller \u201dlivet mellan husen\u201d som vi s\u00e4ger.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Talga Group vill bidra till den h\u00e5llbara framtiden.
