Det st\u00e4ller nya krav p\u00e5 samh\u00e4llsservicen och v\u00e4lf\u00e4rden i regionen. Det handlar b\u00e5de om restaurang, handel och andra konsumentinriktade tj\u00e4nster, men ocks\u00e5 om \u00f6kade behov av skola och f\u00f6rskola samt inom v\u00e5rdsektorn. Sammanlagt skapar det omkring 30&nbsp;000 ytterligare nya jobb &#8211; totalt kan det allts\u00e5 handla om 50 000 nya jobb inom n\u00e4ringslivet och v\u00e4lf\u00e4rden i tv\u00e5 regioner som i dagsl\u00e4get har drygt en kvarts miljon sysselsatta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block wp-block-core-paragraph\">\n<p>Dessa regioner har redan l\u00e4gre arbetsl\u00f6shet och h\u00f6gre syssels\u00e4ttning \u00e4n resten av landet. Dessutom kommer pensionsavg\u00e5ngarna vara mycket stora inom basindustrin under den kommande tio\u00e5rsperioden. Det finns inte heller n\u00e5gon naturlig p\u00e5fyllning av unga i dagsl\u00e4get. Fler \u00e4ldre l\u00e4mnar arbetslivet \u00e4n de unga som kliver in. Under de n\u00e4rmaste tio \u00e5ren fyller 65 000 personer i Norrbotten och V\u00e4sterbotten 65 \u00e5r.
